Would you like to spend some time in the Prescott National Forest hiking, mountain biking or just hanging out? There are plenty of trails within walking distance from our cabin. We have all four seasons for you to expeiences. This is a non smoking property.
The cabin is completely newly remodeled with new kitchen, bath,and everything! The cabin is also handicap and wheelchair friendly. It has an indoor waterfall with a gas log fireplace to help you relax. Log accents inside create a rustic, cozy and very comfortable atmosphere. You can sleep 4 with a king size bed and a futon couch. Heating and air conditioning keep the cabin at a comfortable tempature year round. Pets are allowed with a cleaning fee.
The rental price includes cable TV, DVD/VHS player, stereo, cable phone service, and wireless internet. pet privileges, gas barbeque, and handicap friendly are further amenities that we offer. Please call us to receive a quicker reply than e-mail.

Why the Owner Chose Prescott
There are 2 cabins on the 1.6 acres that we have. While out riding our horses through the forest one day, we thought just how blessed we are. Then and there we decided when our current tennet moved to make this into a vacation rental so others could enjoy this experience.
The Unique Benefits at this Cabin
It's is breathtaking to get up in the morning and enjoy the quiet of the forest. The place has a six foot fence so you may have privay. Then It's aprox 1/2 mile to Prescott National trails and off in the forest you go. We are located at 6,200 feet with lots of tall pines,oaks,and snow in the winter. Maps of local trails are avaiable at the cabin.

Hi! We are Don and Debbie Olson. Our "children" consist of a Chinese crested hairless dog named Sierra and 2 mustangs, Lakota & Copper . Donnie has been self-employed as a General contractor here in Prescott for 40 years. He specializes in backhoe work.

The cabin in the pines was perfect, Don and Debra could not have been nicer. It's quite and secluded yet minutes from Prescott. The horses even came to the corral fence to welcome us. We would highly recommend you chose the cabin for your next getaway, we will do so again.

My husband and young grand children just returned from the cabin and had a wonderful time. Loved the friendly horses on the property that took the little ones and our dogs in stride. We found plenty of snow to go sledding a few minutes away. The children and dogs were able to play in contained yard area and we didn't have to worry about them wondering off. We Loved the rustic charm of the cabin (exactly what we were looking for) the updated bathroom was a very pleasant surprise. Everything you need is provided including gas grill for cooking out and sitting on the patio taking it all in! Thank you Debbie and Don!

My husband,son and I went there this past October and it was beautiful peaceful and owners were the friendliest..horses were a site to see must rent this cabin will not be let down.already going to book it for our future yearly trip

We stayed toward the end of March and had a fabulous time. The cabin is wonderful and peaceful and Don and Deb are fantastic people! Everything is clean and it's a quick drive into downtown also close to several lakes and camp grounds, being in the pines is great as well. The fully fenced property is great for kids or dogs as well.

We have been there 4 times now. We just can't get enough. Each time we experience an even better time than before. Don and Debbie, the hosts of the cabin, are so sweet and accomodating. It's like they are family close by if you need them. The location is perfect for a quiet getaway. Taking your horse out and exploring, the possibilities are endless. I love it up there. Going back next month again.

My husband and I at the lovely Cabin in the Pines during spring break (March 14 - 18). We were thouroughly impressed with the beautiful Pine Forest in which this charming little cabin in nestled. The cabin has all the amenities you could ask for. It is warm, cozy and creates such a positive feeling. You have all the feelings of staying in a rustic cabin with the luxuries of a 5 star hotel (cable tv, wi-fi, stove, fridge, microwave, etc). The Cabin in the Pines is just a short day trip from beautiful Sedona. We also made a day trip out to the Grand Canyon! The price for this cabin is affordable and we are definitely planning on returning to this fabulous little escape in the pines.

What a wonderful weekend we had! We experienced the beautiful fall colors,friendly & helpful hosts, & lots of great riding.
