Would you like to spend some time in the Prescott National Forest hiking, horseback riding, mountain biking or just hanging out? There are plenty of trails within walking distance from the cabin.
Our cabin is completely newly remodeled with new kitchen, bath,and everything! The cabin is also handicap and wheelchair friendly. It has an indoor waterfall with a gas log fireplace to help you relax. Log accents inside create a rustic, cozy and very comfortable atmosphere. You can sleep 4 with a king size bed and a futon couch. Heating and air conditioning keep the cabin at a comfortable tempature year round.
The rental price includes cable TV, DVD/VHS player, stereo, cable phone service, and wireless internet. Horse privileges, gas barbeque, and handicap friendly are further amenities that we offer. - Handicapped Accessible (may have limitations): on one side of the house is a ramp which leads to an extra wide door. The kitchen table is made with a pedestle stlye support to allow a w/c closer assess to the table. It has a large shower with 2 built in seats with assist bars.
- Wheelchair Accessible (may have limitations): Both front doors are wheel chair accessable. One door has a ramp that leads up to the house. The bathroom door is also 3 ft wide. The toilet has a support bar next to. There is a picture of the bathroom showing these features.

Why the Owner Chose Prescott
There are 2 cabins on the 1.6 acres that we have. While out riding our horses through the forest one day, we thought just how blessed we are. Then and there we decided when our tennet moved to make this into a vacation rental so others could enjoy this experience.
The Unique Benefits at this Cabin
It's is breathtaking to get up in the morning and enjoy the quiet of the forest. The place has a six foot fence so you may have privay. Then It's aprox 1/2 mile to Prescott National trails and off in the forest you go. We are located at 6,200 feet with lots of tall pines and oaks. Maps are avaiable at the house.

Hi! We are Don and Debbie Olson. Our only current "child" is a Chinese crested hairless dog named Sierra. Donnie has been self-employed as a General contractor here in Prescott for 27 years. He specializes in backhoe work.
