The cabin in the pines was perfect, Don and Debra could not have been nicer. It's quite and secluded yet minutes from Prescott. The horses even came to the corral fence to welcome us. We would highly recommend you chose the cabin for your next getaway, we will do so again.

My husband and young grand children just returned from the cabin and had a wonderful time. Loved the friendly horses on the property that took the little ones and our dogs in stride. We found plenty of snow to go sledding a few minutes away. The children and dogs were able to play in contained yard area and we didn't have to worry about them wondering off. We Loved the rustic charm of the cabin (exactly what we were looking for) the updated bathroom was a very pleasant surprise. Everything you need is provided including gas grill for cooking out and sitting on the patio taking it all in! Thank you Debbie and Don!

My husband,son and I went there this past October and it was beautiful peaceful and owners were the friendliest..horses were a site to see must rent this cabin will not be let down.already going to book it for our future yearly trip

We stayed toward the end of March and had a fabulous time. The cabin is wonderful and peaceful and Don and Deb are fantastic people! Everything is clean and it's a quick drive into downtown also close to several lakes and camp grounds, being in the pines is great as well. The fully fenced property is great for kids or dogs as well.

We have been there 4 times now. We just can't get enough. Each time we experience an even better time than before. Don and Debbie, the hosts of the cabin, are so sweet and accomodating. It's like they are family close by if you need them. The location is perfect for a quiet getaway. Taking your horse out and exploring, the possibilities are endless. I love it up there. Going back next month again.

My husband and I at the lovely Cabin in the Pines during spring break (March 14 - 18). We were thouroughly impressed with the beautiful Pine Forest in which this charming little cabin in nestled. The cabin has all the amenities you could ask for. It is warm, cozy and creates such a positive feeling. You have all the feelings of staying in a rustic cabin with the luxuries of a 5 star hotel (cable tv, wi-fi, stove, fridge, microwave, etc). The Cabin in the Pines is just a short day trip from beautiful Sedona. We also made a day trip out to the Grand Canyon! The price for this cabin is affordable and we are definitely planning on returning to this fabulous little escape in the pines.

Can't say enough good things about this treasure in the woods. The cabin was the perfect place for celebrating our anniversary and Don and Debbie are excellent hosts! What a wonderful weekend we had! We experienced the beautiful fall colors,friendly & helpful hosts, & lots of great riding. We especially enjoyed the ride to Goldwater lake & sitting on the porch watching our horses. We absolutely loved our stay at the Cabin in the Pines. It is the perfect quiet spot to relax and enjoy all the wonderful amenities provided. It offers total comfort and privacy in a peaceful rustic setting with great views. The location was perfect. Accommodations were provided for stalling our horses where we could see them right out the picture window. There was a beautiful covered patio as well as a full open air stone patio. The trail riding was awesome. Coming from the desert it was such a treat to experience the cooler temperatures, the trees changing colors, and riding in the pines watching all the wild life we don’t usually get to see. Then to be able to ride around a lake was breathtaking. Don and Debbie, the cabin hosts, thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable. We will definitely be back.

This is the ideal retreat if you want to experience a little piece of Heaven! Our time spent at Cabin in the Pines was one of the most enjoyable, peaceful vacations we've ever had. Don and Debbie went out of their way to make our stay extremely pleasant. They provided all of the amenities of home, and everything was very clean and neat. The most awesome experience was awaking to the beauty of the pines and blue sky through the picture window and viewing all of this right from the extremely comfortable king-sized bed! The peace and serenity cannot be topped -- we highly recommend this wonderful place of refuge.
