  We were very pleased with this property. It is the first time we have rented a condo. My three grandchildren had never seen the Gulf, or white sand beaches. Everyone had a great time. We will definitely come back to this one.

  This condo was the best place we've ever stayed and had everything needed (and then some) for our family vacation. The kids enjoyed the pool at night after the day at the beach. The beds were very comfortable and we all relaxed having our own rooms instead of being crammed together in a hotel room. The beach was not crowded and the water was crystal clear. We will definitely be back to stay here! Thank you for helping us make a great family memory.

  My husband and I took our 3 year old twins to the beach for the weekend and stayed in this condo. It was absolutely perfect for what we needed...a pool close by, a short walk to the beach, and a clean place to "pass out" at the end of an exciting day. Some friends of ours went with us and took their two children, and we had plenty of room for everyone to sleep, shower, and hang out. It has a great balcony as well. And the owner was WONDERFUL to work with. We will definitely be back.

  Harriet is a great owner! This was our third visit to her unit, and we have been pleased every time. The unit comes much better equipped than the other "stock" rental units. We are able to use chairs and a few toys that are in the outdoor closet, and have plenty of room for our family of 5 and then some. I would definitely recommend this unit!!

  We stayed for three nights. Very quiet and comfortable for 7 of us; 3 couples and one child. Extras included beach stuff (boogie boards, umbrellas, chairs, sand toys) in the storage room and new appliances in the kitchen. The new washer and dryer were nice too. A clean and comfortable with plenty room for everyone. The beach was beautiful (not crowded), the water perfect for swimming and boogie-boarding and the whole Seagrove area was very nice . We had a great time and will be back again.

  We needed a place for 3 adults 3 teenagers and a baby and this condo fit perectly!! Plenty of space for everyone, close to the pool and a short walk to the beach. Loved the 30A area and will definitely return. Harriet was great to work with!!

  Great property, great owner. Our girls trips have been ongoing for 15 years. We've been everywhere. This was our first time in this condo but we will be back again!
