Leave your car at home...take the shuttle in from the Denver Airport that will drop you off at the house. There is a short walk to all the restaurants in Breck AND there is a free shuttle service going past the house every 20 minutes or so..that will take you virtually anywhere you need to go!
Picture yourself lounging in our hot tub enclosure, gazing out at the spectacular mountain view...sipping a hot cider....and knowing you have reached The Peaks!
As you walk in the front door, you are immediately drawn to the warmth of the rooms from the sandstone fireplace, mood lighting, beamed ceilings, cherry shutters at the windows and the radiantly heated wood floors.
The gourmet kitchen features cherry cabinets, granite counters and stainless appliances....most all the accessories you would find at home for your culinary pleasures.
The living dining area appears to be from a Miami Design magazine! Very sheik and very comfortable.
We invite you to sit down and enjoy a freshly made crock of soup, cheese platter, baguettes, fresh fruit and hot homemade cookies, while sipping a glass of wine; all courtesy of our personal chef.
She is available to you, as well as our masseuse and concierge grocery delivery and daily housekeeping services...for a fee.
Linens are provided for your stay, including towels for the hot tub area. However, we do provide a laundry room, with washer, dryer and ironing board.
In addition to the living area with a plasma television, there is also a home theater with surround sound. This theater features a large sectional that opens into two queen size beds. There are four bedroom suites in the residence, two king size and two queen size suites.
The master bedroom features a king bed, a fireplace, beamed ceilings,plasma television, free standing tub and separate shower.
The luxurious beds are made with a down comforter. In the bath, there is radiant heat under the porcelain towels for your bathing pleasure. There is a study just outside the master suite.
The generous second master suite has a comfortable king size bed, dormer ceilings and a plasma television on the wall. The adjoining bath features a shower.
The other two bedrooms are queen size. All bedrooms are carpeted and you have the feeling of privacy in each.

Everything you see on the Site, every picture, and every amenity is TRUE. Our entire family of 9 just spent a week in the property. This is NOT a second home; it is a first home designed, built and maintained as original owners. For a ski vacation either at Christmas or Spring Break it is perfect. The expansive kitchen, large media room, outdoor hot tub, and comfy beds make everyone happy. Then, the WiFi, DVD players and flat panels with cable feed in every room allow kids and adults to do their own thing online or offline. Did I mention that this is NOT a second home but rather is designed, decorated, appointed and furnished at the highest level? Besides that, you can walk to dinner. . .enjoy!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Our entire family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your home. It was roomy, beautifully decorated and well equipped and the location was the best. We were able to walk everywhere. The bedrooms were really comfortable. But with the heat wave we started with, it was a bit warm upstairs until it cooled down. The view from the master was fantastic. The downside was it was difficult to operate all the high tech equipment and I'm pretty tech savvy! All in all one of the best family vacations and we'd love to use the property again in the winter.

The house was wonderful ad located so close to everything in town. It was great having such a nice kitchen to cook a few family meals. The hot tub was also a bonus. So nice to come off the slopes and relax in hot water! Everyone loved Erics pizza..and hany thanks to Kellie at Main Street Kitchen for the cookies.
