High Pointe Resort what a beautiful complex located on Scenic 30A between Destin and Panama City. This is the place for a great family vacation, your children will love the pool and beach or if it is just the two of you, this would make a romantic hide away.
This beautifully decorated third floor unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed, the guest bedroom has two full beds and the living room has a queen sleeper sofa. The carpet has recently been replaced in both bedrooms and beautiful tiling provides a rich look throughout the remainder of the unit. The unit has been decorated in soothing tan and yellow colors to help you relax. Unit #313 looks out over the lagoon pool and has fabulous gulf views. You can check on your children at the pool or hot tub from the balcony. The unit is accessed by an elevator as well as steps and is directly off of the elevator. This is easy access for unloading your luggage at arrival and packing up when leaving.
This luxury condo sits on one of the highest points on the Florida Panhandle. The natural beauty of the beaches with sugar white sands and sparkling emerald waters are easily accessed within 2 minutes of walking. High Pointe Resort is a gated beach front property. It is truly a tropical paradise. The secluded beach at High Pointe Resort is not crowded like other high rise condominiums. High Pointe is located in a restricted building zone & is only four stories high.
Our family has spent many great family vacations over the past 8 years. Watching the dolphins swim by, reading a book at the beach, taking long walks on the beach, working on your tan, playing beach volleyball, renting kayaks or just playing in the clear water makes this the perfect vacation spot. Add in the great 6500 square foot lagoon pool with two waterfalls, the gulf side beach bar & grill that overlooks the ocean, restrooms at the beach walkover, and walking distance to restaurants and shops at Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach combine to make this the perfect package. Beach service (2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella) is included in the rental package.
For those days when you have had too much fun in the sun or the big game is on, sit back and relax and enjoy the 37” flat screen TV located in the family room. During the spring you can watch the sunsets from the balcony and other times you can go down to the bar & grill and enjoy a cocktail as you watch the beautiful sunset.
Pier Park is now just 15 minutes away with great shopping (150 stores), eateries, entertainment and a movie theatre. There are two major grocery and liquor stores just five minutes away on Interestate 98 to help you get stocked up for your stay. There are churches close by for those wishing to attend services.
