We were very pleased with our stay at this property. The house was clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. The bedrooms were well-sized and the crib was very comfortable for my 18-month old. The owner was very responsive both before, during and after our stay. The internet access was fast, easily accessible and stable. Easy access to the beach, groceries, outlet shopping and restaurants. We also really appreciated the generous check-out and check-in times. Our family would definitely rent here again.

Our family has stayed at this property twice. The location is close to Rehoboth, yet quiet in cul-de-sac street. Beach is within an easy driving range, approx 2 miles. The place is spotless and very well maintained. The master bedroom is very spacious and above the garage. The other 3 bedroom are a good size. 3 bedrooms have a queen bed and one has twin beds, very convenient for family. There is a crib in the master bedroom and private bathroom. The kitchen is adequately equiped. There is a community pool nearby. Internet was easily accessed. The master bedroom and the living room could use one good reading light. I highly recommend this place.

PERFECT home for a Family vacation

This Home is a PERFECT one if you are looking for a great Family vacation. It is centrally located and very close to anything we needed to get to. Beaches, Golf, Movies, Outlets, Waterparks, Walmart, Grocery Stores....the list goes on and on not to mention it is located in a very nice quiet development where you also have privacy and if you have children a nice amount of yard for them to play in right off from a nice patio with a gas grill. We enjoyed many nice dinners on the patio and saved a ton of money on meals by having everything we needed to prepare our own right at out fingertips. House was very clean and we were able to set the temperature for our comfort on some on the 100 degree days. We had bikes delivered so it was very easy to bike to the community pool within minutes - that also was very well kept. The owner of this home is so accommodating and even provided us with a phone number in case we had any issues. It was also so nice not having to wait in any check in or check out lines, you are able to go directly to the home not to mention checkout as late as 1pm so you are not having to rush in the morning to be somewhere to turn keys in. This is one vacation that we will remember for years and look forward to being able to return to this property in the future. You can't go wrong with this home - the pictures are for real and what you see there is exactly what you can expect.

We had expected to find a reasonably priced home in Rehoboth, but the value was incredible. We were centrally located to Rehoboth Beach, Dewey Beach, and Lewes Beach. Rehoboth's boardwalk was 10 minutes away. The location, off the main drag, was great for us, as we made day trips all over the coastal area. The house was clean, had everything we needed, and we were even able to grill at night. The ride to Ocean City was literally 1 turn onto Rte 1 and 45 minutes later, we were on the boardwalk. There are restaurants galore, water parks and mini golf within 5 minutes. The movie theater was 5 minutes away for the 100 degree day too when the beach was full. This is one we will remember for years to come and we will be back again next year!

We had a great vacation. The kids had a great time at the pool. I played a round of golf at Baywood Greens and it was one of the nicest courses I played. Gina loved the outlets.

We had perfect weather and the home was just like the pictures, clean and neat. We had everything we needed, it was like being in our own home. We loved sitting out on the deck in the evening because it was very quiet and peaceful.

We had a wonderful stay. The home was very clean and the neighborhood was very quiet. It was nice being away from the hustle and bustle in town and we were nice and close to the outlets. We'll defintely come back!
