Stunning, all new “painted lady” Noe Valley garden apartment for rent. Construction completed January, 2009 on a historic, award winning 1883 Victorian home. Great location… just around the corner from the famed 24th Street shopping district.

Can sleep up to six adults*. There are two bedrooms, each with private dressing area and bathroom, plus a La-Z-Boy sofabed in the living room. One bathroom has a large walk in shower while the other has a formal tub. Both bedrooms open up directly on to a charming private garden.

*The $199 rent is based on two occupants. For each additional person up to six total people, there is a surcharge of $25 per person per night.

Enter off the street into a combination living and dining room. There are new hardwood floors throughout, covered in some rooms by oriental rugs. Radiant heating beneath the floors keeps the unit nice and toasty.

Fully equipped kitchen with Viking gas cook top and GE Monogram electric oven. Bosch refrigerator and dishwasher, disposal, microwave, walk-in pantry, Caesarstone countertops, coffee maker, and a separate laundry area with Asko washer and dryer.

Driveway parking is optional, at $10 per day. Otherwise, street parking is not that hard to find.

In other words, it’s easy to get to downtown, the beach, Fisherman’s Wharf, airports, stadiums… just about anywhere

• Take the 48 MUNI bus down 24th Street to Mission and board a BART train for a short trip to either SFO and OAK airport, or dozens of other destinations in SF, the East Bay, and the Peninsula.

• Walk in 1 minute to the recently-refurbished Noe Valley branch of the SF Public Library, now open on Sundays

    • We stayed here for 4 nights and were thrilled with the accommodations. Top notch! Can easily work for 2 couples. Great location in Noe Valley. This was a very quiet location. Away from tourist traps but great access to public transportation to anywhere. Why you would stay at a cramped 300 sq. foot hotel for more money is beyond me. Will definitely stay here again!     • I placed my mother and brother in this unit for a weekend stay and they were thrilled to have such a spacious, clean and ultra-comfortable place. It's a short walk to great restaurants and shopping and the rest of SF is an easy bus or trolly ride away. The unit has top-of-the-line everything and the back patio really adds to the enjoyment. Doug was helpful and easy to work with. Much better than a hotel stay. I will hope to use it the next time I have friends or relatives in town.

    • We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The location was great, in the heart of Noe Valley, and the place itself was very nice. Newly remodeled with two good sized bedrooms made it a great place to go with 2 adults and 2 small kids. Doug was a true pleasure to work with. We will recommend to friends/family who are visiting the area.

    • We (four adult and one baby) thoroughly enjoyed our five day stay at this spacious, well-appointed apartment in quiet Noe Valley. It's close to everything on foot (pubs, eateries, markets and an eclectic collection of boutiques) and of course very accessible to all the other great stuff San Francisco has to offer beyond the immediate neighborhood. You couldn't find a more helpful and congenial owner-host than Doug Litwin, who let us use the back garden which we could look into and step into from each of the two bedrooms. We had a wonderful stay.

    • Being new to the vacation rental scene I was stunned and how wonderful the owner of this property was. Very helpful, informative, friendly and more then accomodating for me and my 3 friends that stayed a weekend. Everything about the apartment was spectacular. I couldn't have asked for a more comfortable rental. Everything was in top shape and the warm floors were a delight to have compared to my cold floors at home!

    • We stayed at this apartment for ten days with our infant daughter and couldn't have been happier. Newly and thoughtfully renovated, spacious, bright, lots of natural light. A lovely backyard adds to the feeling of open space. All brand new appliances, a great kitchen with a professional Viking stove made it easy to cook in a few nights. Very quiet street, but only a couple of blocks walk to the shops and restaurants of 24th street. Very convenient to transit or a nice walk to Castro or Mission. The owner was incredibly helpful and made us welcome from the first moment. Great for families. We really couldn't think of anything that would have made our experience better.
