The perfect location for skiing, boarding or summertime activities. Located only 3 to 8 minutes from three major ski areas this contemporary condo/townhouse is loaded with amenities. There is no need to share the private large outdoor hot tub, indoor redwood dry sauna, master suite Jacuzzi or steam unit. The recreation room and five TV's (three are flat screens) provide diversion while the two wood burning fireplaces provide the ideal relaxing atmosphere. (The firewood is free.) Upper and lower master suites make for comfortable accommodations for multiple couples. Unlike so many stripped out rental condos ours is well decorated and appointed with a fully equipped kitchen that makes large meals easy to prepare.
We retain a local manager who is on call in the event that anything should need attending to. We are a Park City licensed company that has been a member of the Chamber of Commerce for over 12 years. You may rent from us with confidence. We look forward to hearing from you.

Why the Owner Chose Park Avenue
We searched throughout the Park City and Deer Valley area for our condo and chose ours for a number of reasons that we believe you will like as well. When it comes to a vacation home size matters and we really liked the 3000 square feet of living space. We also liked the fact that it is a townhome and not simply a box down a corridor somewhere so there are no units over or under ours to bother us. Over the years we have added an out door hot tub, a steam unit, Jacuzzi, sauna and recreation room. We've fully equipped the kitchen for big meals and replaced three of the five TV's with new flat screen units. The big mountain beds featured in three of the four bedrooms make night time special with particular attention to the upstairs romantic master suite. Out through the back door is a for-real trout pond which is relaxing in the warmer months.
Our condo is centrally located, only a 90 second drive from The Park City Resort and 4-5 minutes from either Deer Valley or The Canyons. The historic district is about a three minute drive. We have beautiful views of the Park City Resort and slopes which you can enjoy from any of the three decks. Stay with us - you'll see why we chose our location.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We have an attached two car garage, washer and dryer, two fireplaces, five TV's, 3 and a half baths, our own hot tub, a sauna, Jacuzzi and steam shower. A resident in our complex acts as our on-site manager so if anything requires attention she is right there to take care of it. We're only 30 minutes from the airport so moving around the Salt Lake area is easy and convenient which encourages exploring the amazing natural features of the area.

We're Kathy and Jim. We grew up in Illinois and always dreamed of skiing out west. Our very first ski trip was to Utah and we immediately fell in love with the majestic mountains, champaign powder and convenience of being only 30 minutes from the Salt Lake City airport. We're pretty good skiers, somewhere in the advanced catagory. Jim tried snowboarding but couldn't get the hang of it so while we enjoy sharing the slopes with our boarding friends we stick to the skis. Our intention from the start was to avoid the stripped out look of so many condos we had rented and furnish it so that our guests would feel comfortable and at home. We think we have succeeded and are confident you will agree. We truly care about our guests and want them to have a great time in Park City.
