The middle floor comprises the main living room, dining area, kitchen and half bath and is level with the parking area. The upper floor comprises the master bedroom with king bed and full bath and the guest bedroom with two double beds and adjoining full bath. There is parking for two vehicles.

We stayed in this condo mid October 2010 and loved it. The decor was very nice and the condo was very clean. The location was just what we were looking for, right on the beach with very few steps to the ocean. Would certainly stay in this condo again.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, age 55+.

My husband and I found this townhouse to be a wonderful home away from home. VERY clean, tastefully decorated. In MBR, go to sleep & wake listening to the surf! We loved our visit here and you will too!!

Our family stayed here last August. There was 6 adults and 2 kids. It was wonderful and all that we had wished for. It was located right on the beach which was great. I would stay here again and highly recommend it. Carlene

This is our second stay with this property owner in the Costa Del Sol development and it was wonderful. The unit is very nicely decorated and was very clean upon our arrival. We love being directly on the beach and our children can easily go from the beach to the unit while we watch. We can also go in to eat lunch and leave our umbrella and swimming things on the beach and keep an eye on them while we eat. No having to carry everything back in then back out again. Its a great location within walking distance to a great seafood restaurant, coffe shop, and other great places to shop. The reservation process was easy and check out was a simple phone call. Very pleased. All in all, we love this development and will continue to go back.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
