Perched on two secluded acres on Magic Mountain, River Rest (~1010sf) is a delightful, sunny home with exposed wood beam ceilings and lots of windows with gorgeous forest/mountain views, including a bird's eye view of the river and river valley. The living room/dining area has a fireplace, huge picture windows and a dining set for six. The kitchen is adjacent, has bar seating for two and opens to the deck. The bedrooms and bathroom are off a hall beyond the living room. Outdoors there's a deck that wraps around the house with dining set, loungers and grills. Beyond the deck, there's a large lawn, landscaped garden, hammock and paved path to the hot tub deck. The yard is fully fenced. This home enjoys complete privacy.
