The Grand Atlantic is beachfront condominium just one mile from Springmaid Beach, two miles from Broadway at the Beach and minutes from some of the best golfing in the US. The resort has an indoor lazy river, pool and kiddie pool for year round enjoyment. The fitness center overlooks the lazy river and has the latest in cardio equipment with TV available while you work out! The main deck has a large pool and kiddie pool, separated from the beach by a large, grassy lounge area that is perfect for beachfront weddings! The reception could be in the meeting facilities on the seventh floor. The resort even has a general store located on premises for your convenience.
This three-bedroom (or 4 Bedroom) corner unit on the seventh floor was built new in October 2006. It has an optional, attached 4th bedroom lockout unit available for an additional fee. The unit has all modern appliances and conveniences, including four TVs, in unit washer & dryer, and Wi-Fi. It has a dining room that seats eight, with all the kitchen conveniences to make a meal for at least that many! A coffee maker, coffer grinder, blender and toaster are also in the fully equipped kitchen.
The brand new Market Common Myrtle Beach is about one mile away, featuring abundant shopping and dining. You'll find plentiful entertainment alternatives abound within just a few miles of this lovely condo. After a night on the town, return and relax on the balcony, listen to the waves crash on our sandy shores, as you unwind and plan for the next day on the beach!
