It is located on a deep-water canal, just off the Intracoastal Waterway, minutes from the ocean. With a private dock in the back yard, you can be sailing out into the ocean in minutes.
The Master Bedroom, Spacious living room, kitchen and Den all face the pool and the canal where you can see the BEST sunrise and sunset views. Because the Solar Heated pool is screened and tropically landscaped, the patio area is very private, relaxing and bug free. The blue-bottom pool is newly resurfaced with diamond bright, Dakota style tiles, Fun octopus mosasics and a roll out solar blanket to maintain the temperature of the pool at night. At night the colored lights come on around the pool for the best night swimming. The pool is eight-feet deep at the deepest end and is maintained weekly by a professional service. The house is bright and open with all the comforts of home.
