Belleair Beach is one of Florida's most beautiful beaches on the Gulf Coast. Belleair is unique in that there are no high rises-only beautiful estate homes and two and three story condominiums. You will feel thousands of miles away, yet Tampa airport is a 30-minute drive; Clearwater Beach is just a 10 minute drive; and Orlando is an hour-and-a-half drive. Belleair is within walking distance of shopping, casual and fine dining, and all water-related sports. Come and escape to warm, peaceful, sunny days and spectacular evening sunsets in this casual beachfront condominium.
This unit is one of 32 in the gated 2-story townhome community of Los Caracoles. There are no elevators or long corridors to deal with ,you simply park your car in the space provided and walk right up to the front door. Our patio is poolside and only a few steps from the beach. Once inside there is a view of the beach and gulf from nearly every room in the condo!
This newly renovated condo has a spacious living room and dining area with a gorgeous ocean view. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. There is also a half bath, wet bar and full-size laundry room on the first floor. Upstairs the master bedroom has a king size bed, an attached full master bath, and a private balcony overlooking the beach, gulf and pool. The second guest room has a queen size bed with a love seat that converts to a twin bed and a private balcony with view of beach and ocean, The third guest room has 2 twin beds with a large walk-in closet. A full bath is in the hallway between the two guest bedrooms.
Everything you need (bath and bed linens, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella) is in the unit. Maid service is available upon request.

We had a great week and it is a perfect location. It is a beautiful property and very convenient to stores and many excellent restaurants. We loved sitting on the patio just steps from the beach and pool. It is an awesome, relaxing, family, friendly spot. I have already recommended it to several friends.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

This condo has everything. The pool and beach are with-in 20 feet of the patio. Breath taking sunset. My family of 5 stayed plus my sister's family.the kids were either in the pool at the beach all day long. Publix, Walmart and the Walmart's grocery store were only 5 miles away. The beach is very quite. In mid summer during the week, I counted at most 25 people as far as I could see. The water and ocean temp in late June was 87! I would stay here again in a minute.
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
