Your vacation starts the minute you walk through the door of Adagio 202B. This 2nd floor well appointed four bedroom condominium overlooks the Gulf of Mexico and an infinity edge heated swimming pool. The enclosed photos do not do this condominium justice. You need to see it for yourself
The balcony is over 300 square feet and is large enough for relaxing and dining. Our home boasts three king beds and a pair of twin beds.
The over sized sofa will accommodate another guest with comfort. Each bedroom has a TV, and the master bedroom and den have plasma screens. We have added the Showtime and Stars package to both plasma screens.
The kitchen is fully furnished with cooking supplies like you have at home. Top of the line Viking appliances include a gas stove and ice maker and granite countertops and travertine flooring throughout the living area.
The Adagio property has an 8,000 square foot pool with a community hot tub plus a heated infinity edge gulf front pool. There is a well furnished fitness room on the property. Enjoy the gas and charcoal grills conveniently placed around the property. Beach chair rentals are available in season.
The Blue Mountain Beach area is absolutely beautiful. There are first rate restaurants and shops within walking distance. Big Daddy's bike rental and For the Health of It (best massages in Florida!) are a stone's throw away.
We have thought of everything we can to make your vacation as comfortable and fun as it can possibly be. If you have been to Adagio before, you know our cell phone service is very sketchy because of the hurricane proof construction. We now have free long distance on our landline through Media com phone service and we have a network extender for Verizon phone users which has improved our phone service tremendously.
If you must do business while on your beach vacation, it just got easier!!!

The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Adagio is unique for its location and its amenities. We have two beautiful pools and are also on the beach. The sidewalks that are directly outside the property are great for biking and walking. The restaurants close by are all fantastic. And yet you are not in an over crowded vacation spot.

Our family has enjoyed the Destin area since the 1980's. We have watched it grow from miles and miles of white sand to what it is today. Although we miss the undeveloped beach town, we love and appreciate the restauratnts, the shopping and all the facilities that make the Destin area the fun vacation spot it is today. We bought our first condo in 1995 and were in the Crystal Beach area. But 30-A was always our dream. We are so happy to be in Blue Mtn, Beach because it still holds the charm of Destin 25 years ago. Because we have rented our condos for so many years, we know what our renters are looking for in a comfortable and beautiful condominium.
Our two children were only four and two when we first became condominium owners. Now that they are 18 and 16 we can't begin to remember all the happy times we have had at the beach! We would love to have you come make memories in our home away from home.

This condo is perfect! It is so beautifully decorated yet so very comfortable. The beach access is so easy and the views of the Gulf are incredible. The only thing you need to bring is your clothes--everything else is there. We had such a great time. This is a great place for families to relax and enjoy each other's company. We would love to return.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

A group of 6 women who travel together every year picked this beautiful property for their annual trip. We thought we had walked through the looking glass! From the moment the door is opened, a gorgeous panorama of luxury unfolds. The compelling view down the corridor ends at the wide glass doors which look directly onto the pool and the ocean just beyond. The second-story center location is perfect. It is pool-side without being too close to the sound of others' conversations and splashing, and the view is unparralleled. Watching the sunset from the balcony, we all crowded each other out to take the best photo. The beach is convenient and inviting, and the 53 steps back up to condo level remind you that it pays to keep in shape. The large TV in the living room made morning yoga a pleasure. Since it is right next to the open kitchen it was wonderful to smell breakfast cooking while practicing. Every room has exceptional electronics, but we were too busy outside most of the time to enjoy them. Each square inch of the space was spotless and inviting and done in superb taste. Local restaurants are close and good and the menu guide made choosing places to eat a treat rather than a chore. We did cook there for many meals (I hate to get dressed to go to breakfast), and celebrating my birthday was an event I will never forget. The other ladies cooked me dinner and we shared memories and champagne in front of the floor to ceiling mirror that echoed our pleasure. The spaciousness feels like a private boutique hotel. Every amenity conceiveable is here. From beach chairs and thick, fluffy towels, to the perfect cocktail shaker and decadent master bath, we felt pampered. The recommendations of the owners for restaurants and info on local stores was like having a personal conceirge. There was NOTHING lacking, except the time to stay longer. I cannot wait to return and spend more time in this beautiful place. Although I hate to recommend it so highly that someone else will be there when I can go back, anyone would love this condo.

Thank you so much for such a wonderful week. This is truly one of those situations where pictures do not do your condo justice. It is much larger than the pictures make it appear, with plenty of space for our three families, including a 7 year old, 6 year old, and 10 month old baby. It is just beautiful and the view/beaches/pools are wonderful. Our family has decided that this is the perfect spot for our annual family vacation. Thank you for taking such good care of us.

Paradise Found!! We just got back from our wonderful vacation at Jamy's place at Blue Mountain Beach. I highly recommend her condo not only because it is impeccably appointed and has one of the best locations at Adagio, but also because Jamy makes sure you have all the best info to make your stay perfect. She has an introduction packet she emails you and a helpful guide once you get to the condo. We brought our infant and the condo was perfect because the condo is so big everyone doesn't have to worry about waking up the baby (or the baby waking you up in the morning). The location is very close to the walk-down to the beach and overlooks the infinity pool. Also, as our first time in Blue Mountain Beach, we love the area. It's close to Watercolor, Grayton and Seaside but not as busy. Overall, wonderful vacation and we hope to be back next year!

Search no further for a rental.. you have found the best! We enjoyed 8 glorious days in this beautiful condo. It is perfect for 2 families to share... or more. No need for over priced restaurants - we found all kitchen items were available to eat in every meal, including LARGE serving platters and bowls and even an ice maker. The beds were ultra comfortable! All areas/items were clean, as was the entire complex. Even restrooms at the pool! Jamy was a gem to work with. I can highly recommend this rental! Thanks so much to Jamy and George for sharing this beautiful home away from home! Rental May 23-30, 2009.

Thank you so much for opening your vacation home to us. I have to say that your pictures do NOT do this condo justice! We were floored when we walked into your absolutely gorgeous home! Not only were the views incredible, every inch of your home was beautiful. What a great place for a family with small children. We were able to be poolside in a split-second and the beach in another split-second. And your kitchen had everything we needed! Again, thanks so much. We hope to be back very soon!
