This 2 BR/2 full Bath corner condo has central air is beautifully decorated and newly updated with new tile and carpet throughout. New Refrigerator and Electric Oven
The large living room and dining room has a very open floor plan, great for entertaining. The fully equipped cooks kitchen with cutting and prep area, dishwasher, and lots of storage space opens to the tiled dining area.
The Master bedroom has a large walk-in closet with hanging on both sides and shelving in the back. The king size bed can be converted into twin beds, prior to your arrival if you prefer.
The guest room/family room has large convertible Queen bed sofa, cable TV, Internet and entrance to screen in porch.
Two full Bathrooms. Master bathroom has tub/shower combo. 2nd bathroom has large shower with great water pressure. Sorry, this is a NO PETS, NO SMOKING condo.
Full year rental rates upon request - much cheaper. Best Deal in Town 55 + gated w/ golf course.
