Be within walking distance to all of Bar Harbor’s shops, restaurants and attractions, and Acadia National Park entrances are just minutes away by car. The Island Explorer free bus service pick-up is just a short walk down the street at the Village Green.
First Floor: From the large covered front porch step into a small foyer leading to the Living Room with large picture window and flat screen TV, Dining Room with seating for eight, and comfortable Sitting Area great for reading. New Kitchen with granite counters, beautiful cabinetry and raised granite bar with additional seating for three people. Sliders to a small back deck with gas grill and small patio area with privacy fencing. Half Bath with washer/dryer.
SECOND FLOOR: Two Bedrooms with a Queen bed in each. A third Bedroom with one Queen and a set of Bunk Beds. Shared full Bath with shower only. Master Bedroom with King bed and private Bath with glassed in shower. Step through sliders onto a small deck with your morning coffee and enjoy a view of Cadillac Mountain!
