Our first visit to Carova/OBX. Loved the 4x4 beach and the seclusion out here. Your home is absolutely gorgeous and had every amenity covered. Music collection is awesome, (our children received an education on many artists. Girls loved the hot tub! Horses we saw everyday. Thank you for sharing your lovely beach home with us.

Our first visit to Outer Banks was truly memorable! We loved the house . . . everything we needed was at our fingertips. The beach, the horses and all of the other wildlife made this trip special. We have lots of photos to show our friends and family. Thank you!

From the moment we drove up... we knew we had made the right choice. We are a small group of 5 and have been up to Carova the last 4 years. This home was WAY better (and less expensive) than any other house we had gotten thru realtors. CLEAN as you could imagine, very well equiped, and an awesome location for beach access. There aren't many smaller houses in Carova, but taking ALL things into consideration, this house offers great value and delivers as promised. The pictures do not do it justice. I wish I had that kitchen/great room set up in my own house. The kids (as well as me and my wife) even actually used the outside shower and toilet. Never dreamed of that in previous rentals. SUPER clean, all the stuff you need, ocean views, and a real quiet area. Hope to return!

A great family vacation. We enjoyed this beach house very much! It was fantastic to see dolphins, horses, deer, and many other little creatures. We truly enjoyed watching the sunsets from the screened porch and the full moon from the decks. Some great family memories were made here. Thank You!

We had a wonderful 2 week vacation! This is our 2nd time staying in your house. We loved it even more this time. We caught lots of fish, saw the horses several times, watched dolphins playing in the waves, and took many walks on the beach. We did not find very many shells (unfortunately). We visited Manteo for a day and went to the aquarium and saw the Lost Colony drama. It was definitely worth the trip. The worst part of this trip is having to leave this wonderful, peaceful place. We look forward all year long to our summer vacation to Carova Beach!

These were two wonderful weeks! The weather was wonderful. The water was blue and the waves were perfect. A deer jumped through the side yard, a horse family visited, we saw a snake chasing a toad and baby dolphins jumping. The shelling wasn’t as good as past years, but there is always next year. This house is beautiful and just the perfect size for our family. We hate to leave. See you next year.

What a relaxing 2 weeks we have had! The layout of this house was perfect for our family and the furnishings and décor absolutely wonderful. We have been coming to the Outer Banks for 10 years and this definitely will be a house we will rent again. It is very hard to leave such a spectacular place!!

We had an amazing week!! We may have found our yearly family vacation spot! The house is amazing, gorgeous and clean! The views are spectacular. The top deck with all the lights out is the best for star gazing. We were blessed with clear nights and a sky full of shooting stars! We were fortunate to see the horses everyday and they even hung out under the house with their foals . . . what an amazing sight. Thanks you for a wonderful vacation. Everyone loved it and had an awesome time. We’ll definitely be back!

What a vacation! This house is awesome - everything is beautiful - very comfortable! The view is wonderful with spectacular sunrises. We took pictures of it every morning. Very restful at night – listening to the ocean breeze. We saw horses, foxes, deer and rabbits – but the wildest thing we saw was the house rolling down the beach! We were enjoying a great day at the beach when we looked up to see a whole house coming down the beach – what a sight. It went right down our driveway and the horses walked right through the middle of the whole process. The hot tub was great – but it was awesome watching the horses down below in the yard while we were soaking away our exhausted legs after long walks on the beach and fighting the waves on our boogie boards. Thanks for helping make this one of our greatest vacations ever!

This was our first trip to the Outer Banks, and we’re confident that we chose the best spot – both Carova Beach and this house are perfect! We saw animals of every variety, experienced weather of all kinds and had adventures to remember. We survived Hurricane Alex, as well as some additional severe weather (and we loved it all!) Without even leaving the deck, we saw a family of foxes, newborn horses, a snake vs. bird showdown, and so much more. We caught fish, tadpoles, toads & turtles, and took thousands of photographs documenting it all. This house is equipped superbly – we had everything we needed and more. We hope to be back here again – thanks for a fabulous week!

It was such a relaxing vacation week . . . the house & beach are the nicest & prettiest we’ve been to. We will definitely be coming back! This stretch of beach is so beautiful & the wildlife is such a bonus. We loved watching the wild horses especially. We hope other visitors and vacationers enjoy just as much as we did!

We enjoyed this beach house because it always seems to be the horse’s favorite place! They come around all the time and are a beautiful sight to see! The house is gorgeous. The hot tub was relaxing and the decks had great views. We loved collecting shells and taking walks down the beach. We saw dolphins and loved riding ATVs. We can all agree that Carova is the most wonderful and lively beach and is our favorite.
