My wife, new born son and I had a lovely time and loved how the house has been renovated, especially the large glass window in the corridor which gives a view onto Praia Mole beach, the stone work in the corridor and the back garden fountain. The small touches make the townhouse a pleasant place to stay. The maid service was excellent and the ladies who cleaned were very professional and nice and good at their job. Lastly thank you for organising our stay and the car rental. I would recomend this house for singles sharing and looking to enjoy a beach holiday, a young family with new borns or teanagers and any family looking for a beach or surf holiday! Happy Christmas and New Year to you and we wish you good health in 2012 and prosperity! We look forward to visiting again in the future. Thank you!

This carefully and tastefully decorated beach home is more charming and better than my highest expectations. The closeness to the Praia Mole beach and restaurants make it that much more perfect. Having also access through a romantic trail to the large lagoon adds even more possibilities like boating, swimming and relaxing. Yet this romantic hideaway is only a short drive away from the small town with wonderful restaurants, coffee shops and stores. The home is kept immaculate and we took advantage of the local recommendations as well as the maid service to make our vacation a truly wonderful experience.

Me and my brother rented this townhouse for a week at the end of the year and had a fantastic experience, far outdoing our expectations. Floripa is a really special place and the location of the townhome was perfect, allowed us to see everything with ease. The house was well maintained and clean, with comfortable beds and everything worked great (jacuzzi, stereo, internet, etc). The staff was super helpful and gave us lots of great pointers of what to see and do around the island while we where there. Have recommended the house to several friends already and they've loved it too!

I highly recommend this town house for a group of 4 people. Amenities are great. And the beach is right across the street.
