The Unique Benefits at this House
When you are walking up the entry way of the Villa and view through the large glass entry way doors, you will look directly through the Villa, out across the large Infinity Pool right into the Ocean. Once inside the Villa, you will be surrounded by beautiful architectural features as well as over $250,000 of interior designer furnishing that one would expect to find in a Luxury Villa. Once outside of the Villa, you can enjoy lounging in a very large Infinity Swimming Pool that overlooks the Ocean surrounded by Coconut Palm Trees while enjoying your favorite drink. Whale Watching just off of our Beach is one of my favorite past times during the migration season. You can often see Dolphins playing close to the Beach. Our Beach is one of the few places in the world that Giant Leather Back Tortugas (turtles) come up on our beach to lay there eggs. There is an abundance of Shade covering to enjoy such as a large Palapa where you can dose on the comfortable lounge chairs while looking out on the Ocean. Under the expansive down stairs Terrace, you can enjoy your morning breakfast or a candle lighted dinner in the evening. Mike Love (Lead Singer and Founder of the Beach Boys) recently stayed over at the Villa and found this to be one of his favorite spots to relax with is family in the evening. There is a large upstairs 1,000 square foot Veranda which looking across the Golf Course and out over the Ocean. There is also a very large shade cover and seating to enjoy. Hammocks are hung from several of the Palm Trees. A short 2 minute water Taxie ride away outside of our resort, you will find the town of barre De Navidad, a small Mexican Village where the old Mexican Culture can be found. There are plenty of great Restaurants and lots of great shopping. This State and Region in Mexico is know to be the safest area in all of Mexico.
Our Villa is located within the Isla Navidad Resort. It is a 25 minute drive from the Manzanillo Int. Airport

When I retired, I began traveling around the world looking for that special magical place to build my vacation home. My travels took me to Italy, Greece and Spain to name a few. I was in search for that very special setting that was located on the Ocean and on a Golf Course that was surround by a lush, tropical settings. Since I was single and looking for that special soul mate to spend the rest of my life with, a romantic setting and beautiful sunsets were very important as well. As you can see by the photo, Mission accomplished! Angela and I were recently married and look forward to many more beautiful sunsets together
