This newly constructed Nantucket summer home on an acre is walking distance (0.2 miles) to Dionis Beach with easy access to the bike path.
This home is 4 bedrooms each with bathrooms en-suite, hardwood oak floors throughout, central air conditioning, high speed internet, cable TV, stone countertops and vanities.
The first floor features a master suite that includes a king size bed, large walk in closet, master bath with stone floors & countertops, double vanity, Jacuzzi tub and large stone frameless glass shower. gourmet chef's kitchen with stainless steel appliances, full size all refrigerator and full size all freezer, 5 burner/2 oven gas range, steam oven, dishwasher and microwave.
A walk through pantry with subzero wine refrigerator/bar leads to the dining room. The large living room has a 42 inch plasma flat screen TV with DVD and cable and a gas fireplace. There is also a half bath and laundry located on this floor.
The second floor features 3 bedrooms each with bathrooms en-suite. Two bedrooms have queen size beds and the third has two twin size beds.
New pool to be installed between Oct. 2010 and May 2011, in ground gunite heated pool. The sample pool photo shown is of a pool on another property we own and represents the same shape & finishes of the pool we will be installing on this property.
Maid service is included once a week for multi-week rentals. Tenants may have additional maid service by request and at there own expense.
