What a wonderful condo in a perfect location!! Don't look any further...book this condo. Owner was exceptional to deal with and condo was exactly as described. I would recommend this condo to everyone. Have stayed before at the Maui Vista but this condo takes the prize. We really enjoyed Cafe Ole and Kinaole Food Truck for lunch, both fresh and reasonable. We also fell in love with Kihei Cafe for breakfast. Hmm still thinking of Mac-nut banana french toast. This condo is so close to everything, restaurants, pool and beach access just across the road. When I first booked it I thought noise might be a factor but not at all. I even Skyped my husband out on the lanai in the middle of the day. Perfect in everyway. Can't wait to go back and I will be booking this property. I travelled with my mom and she said she would be comfortable just staying there by herself. Thumbs up!! We spent 10 glorious days in this condo. It was tastefully decorated, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Excellent location, minutes from the beach, pool, and B.B.Q. pit. We had stayed at this complex last year but in a different condo and we prefer this location to last years. The owners made our stay easy to book and everything was handled in a professional manner. We would recommend to anyone visiting Maui that they try Snorkling, lots of beautiful fish and turtles to see. Whale watching, Drive the Road to Hanna and make a trip to Lahana. We enjoyed several resturants some that we would recommend are Bubba Gumps, Dragon Dragon, Amigos and Mexican Freds (if you like Mexican food), and Pizza Madness. Make a point to buy the book Maui Revealed, it really helped us on our visit to Maui. Thankyou!!!

When you book this condo you can TRUST it is everything it says it is. We stayed for nine weeks and loved every minute of it. This unit was clean, well stocked and had everything we wanted and was so close to the beach that we would go over many times in a day. The complex is great - you can't beat it if you are a tennis junkie - security is tight and Maui Vista is close to everything. We walked to all the markets, stores and restaurants. As well, the owners were always available if anything went wrong - but nothing ever did. Mahoalo Mathew, Mahalo, Mahalo.

Mathew thanks for letting us share your home away from home. There was not a thing I went to use that was not provided. (hair dryer was awesome). Every thing I wanted to do I just had to walk out the door and it was close by. Getting to the beach was just like you said, and what a awesome beach. I felt very safe and being alone for some of my time didn't bother me. I could walk to so many places like shopping, restaurants-bars, or just going for a walk was fun. Your condo was clean and the bed was soooooooooo comfortable. I can't say enough about the grounds keepers as the grounds were beautiful and well maintained. Thank you again and I do hope to return to Maui and would love to be your guest again.

We had a wonderful time at your condo, everything was perfect!!! We loved the hawaiian decor and the homey feel of the unit. It is in the perfect spot, being on the ground level and right across the street from the beach. The kitchen was very well equiped, we even hosted a dinner with my in-laws and had everything we needed, even a blender to make margaritas! Thanks Matthew, we had a wonderful time and would love to stay again one day at Maui Vista in your beautiful condo!

April 12 2010 We just got back last night after three wonderful weeks in your condo. You have been a pleasure to deal with Matthew and your condo was just perfect. Everything in the unit was clean and well organized. All the amenities from the well stocked kitchen to the beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, etc. really made us feel at home. There really wasn't anything lacking. Your new shower renovation is beautiful. We would not hesitate to return to your unit and are already saving to come back to Maui. Our hope is that when we are ready to return your condo will be available.. It is definitely the nicest and most well equipped condo we have stayed at over the years coming to Maui Vista. Charley Young Beach is beautiful and close. We enjoyed snorkelling at the many beaches in Makena area and even had some turtles join us! Went to the Old Lahaina Luau which was the best luau we have been to on Maui. As well we saw many whales in their various positions and this was just from the beach. It was really something to see the whales jumping out of the water. Mahalo Matthew

Matthew We just got back on the 20th and had a great time The weather was great. We stayed a week at your place which was just wonderful. It was everything that you said it would be. It was very clean and well kept. It was great to have such a nice beach just a half a block away. We really enjoyed it and appreciated how nice your place was. We were a week on the big island also and your place really spoiled us because the place we got in Kona was not as well kept as yours. This was our first Christmas away, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time. We went to the old Congregational Church in Makena for a lovely Christmas Eve candlelight service complete with hula, songs in Hawaiian and English, and a great message, not to mention being outdoors with the waves crashing as a backdrop. We left one string of lights in the bedroom closet in case someone else is there during the Christmas season. We also purchased and left two foam noodles that we used snorkeling. We appreciated the use of the beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, and floating pool chairs. Thank you for supplying us with what we needed in the condo. It was a great home for us. We hope to return as soon as we can accumulate some more miles. Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful condo. with us!

We had such an amazing time on Maui thanks in large part to this condo. It was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable in one of the best locations. It had everything we needed for the beach, swimming, snorkeling, boogie boarding, floating :), preparing meals and a blender for pina coladas. The most beautiful beach is right across the street, grocery stores, restaurants and bars just down the street convenient for walking. I would/will recommend this condo to my friends/family. Hi. So, so sorry this is long overdue. We spent a week in your wonderful condo for my 50th birthday and it was perfect. Everything we needed (and more!) was there. We didn't want to leave. Matt, Thank you so much for setting us up in your home at the last minute. Everything here was clean & comfortable. It made our vacation that much better. We had lots of fun at the beach across the street. It was very convenient with the baby. He loved it! We also found that all the pots, pans, dishes, utensils, etc, etc made life so much easier with the little guy. We had a "no worries" vacation!

Aloha Matt and John ... Every thanks for letting us stay in your precious condo on the sunny shores of South Maui. Yours is definitely the best value for the price. We were within walking distance of markets, restaurants, shopping, and best of all -- the most beautiful beaches imaginable, right out our back door. We walked on the sand and watched the glorious sunsets in the evening, swam each day, and soaked up the sun. The condo was lovely, and perfectly equipped. We loved Cafe O Lei and Sansei restaurants, LuLu's, Ambrosia's, Hawaiian Moons, and Maui Tacos -- all within walking distance! Thanks for a perfect vacation. ... the Barrie family

we searched all the units at Maui Vista and decided on this one because it had recently been remodeled....we had no idea that it would be as nice as it was. I have stayed in several locations in Kihei over the years, and we all agreed, this one was the best all around. Tasteful, Hawaii chic, with great colors and all the amenities that you need for a fabulous holiday. We noticed that it stayed MUCH cooler than the unit that my borther rented for the same time period, we never needed the A/C, it was so comfortable. The beds and pillows were comfy, and everything was perfect. We also LOVED the easy access out the sliding glass door, onto the lawn and just steps away from the beach. It was all so easy! No steps to climb, and easy walking access to town. With the ground floor location, we felt like we had one more room out on the lanai, and we all just loved hanging out here at night with the rest of our family. The owners were wonderful to work with, we will be back again! Aloha.

This condo was perfect. It was beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean. It was furnished with everything we needed. We loved the convenience of the lower level. It was close to the grill, pool, parking lot and walkway to the beach. The owners were great to work with. We are looking forward to returning and spending even more time. We give it an A+.
