House comes well equipped with billiards, foosball, darts, 3 televisions, 3 stereo systems & entertainment center. Kitchen comes with enough pots, pans and dishes to cook for an army and a new dishwasher to help with clean-up.
Rent includes cable television, local phone, firewood, snowplowing, shuttle service to and from the mountain on winter weekends, and use of the private community clubhouse (gym equipment, big screen tv, billiards, ping pong, tennis court and pool).
Winter: Mid November 2009 – Mid April 2010 (5 months) - $20,000
Summer: Weekend $700/weekend(Friday arrival - sunday noon checkout) or $1000/week (Friday arrival Friday noon checkout)
