1415 South Beach Villas is a townhome in a class of its own. This luxuriously furnished beachfront residence has been updated throughout. The kitchen offers a granite countertop island with bar stool seating and new appliances. This townhome is located on the end of a row of townhomes and offers panoramic views of Dafauskie Island, Calibogue Sound, Savannah, GA, Tybee Island and the Ocean.
No need to go drive anywhere Just park your car and walk or ride to the beach, the pool, the tennis courts, the grocery store in South Beach Marina or the Salty Dog Café for lunch and evening entertainment.
Some of the best Fishing on the Island is right out the back door. Fish the Sound for Black Bass and White Fish. Fish the Salt Marsh in Braddock Cove for Sea Trout and Red Fish. Meet the fishing experts at Blue Water Tackle & get the info on where to fish!

1415 South Beach Villa has two levels with great bedroom separation. The first floor master has a king size bed and a view of the Ocean, as does every bedroom. It also has a private bath with shower. The second master upstairs suite has a large bathroom with tub and separate shower and private Balcony.
In the 3rd bedroom are twin beds and a business area with a computer and printer. The bedroom shares a bath with the fourth bedroom.
The large enclosed porch is off the dining area and connects to the back deck. The deck has outside table and chairs and a Gas Barbecue and the steps lead to the beach.
