We were more than pleased with this spotless clean, well-stocked condo and the nice ocean view from the deck. A short stroll on the quaint boardwalk and we were relaxing on the beach watching the huge ocean-going ships heading in and out of Savannah ... the playful dolphins ... shrimp boats ... and hard-diving pelicans. Very Relaxing. We also took in the sites of Tybee Island and watched the surfers by the large pavilion at the far end of the island. We also enjoyed a trip or two to Savannah to take in the River Front and Trolly Tour. Be sure to stop at the roadside stands between Tybee and Savannah to try the Georgia Peaches and Boiled Peanuts. Great working with Jerry on this rental. It went very smoothly. Thank You for a Great Week!

Our first visit to the area was very enjoyable. The condo was neat and clean just like the pictures and check in was a breeze. Enjoyed the view and was able to see dolphins and the cargo ships from the balcony. The pool was great except the water was very cold. The beach was a short walk and peaceful. The condo was close to some great places to eat and not far from Savannah. Thanks for the magazines and brochures to help us with our daytime plans. We had a great vacation and Iook forward to our next visit. I'd recommend this property to my family and friends.

Anniversary trip

We loved this condo. My husband and I rented it for our 17 yr wedding annivewrsary and it was money well spent. The view was wonderful, the place was clean and it was close to everything we needed. We wanted to be able to relax and spend time together and we were able to accomplish that here. We watched to dolphins play everyday from our balcony and enjoyed watching the fiddler crabs on the beach. We will defnatley be renting this condo again in the future...maybe we will bring the kids next time. The only problem we had was that we didn't have more time to stay.

Great Honeymoon

My husband and I stayed in this condo in Tybee Island for our honeymoon in June of 2011. It was very clean on arrival and had just the things that we needed during our stay. The facility was nice and quiet. Tybee was so much fun. We really enjoyed going downtown in the evening for dinner and being able to go out for a while without having a long drive. It was also very convenient to travel just a short distance up the road into Savannah. Jerry was very informative in all of my conversations while in the process of booking with him. He is such a nice person even is it was just over the phone. I would definetly recommend this condo/vacation to my friends and family. Thanks Jerry, we can't wait to visit again!

We stayed in this condo for two weeks in March of 2011 and had a wonderful time. Except for a couple of things, the listing description is accurate. The laundry is not IN the condo but it is very conveniently located. And the second thing is that the internet was a little hit and miss, but we DID manage! The description didn't state how beautiful the view is from the patio. You can watch the cargo ships go past as they head in to and out of Savannah's port. Really fantastic view! The photos show an accurate viewing of the condo. The condo was clean and welcoming. Well stocked with anything we needed. Jerry (the owner) was very helpful when answering our questions. We would recommend this condo to a couple or a small family. There are some neat shops within walking distance and the restaurants on Tybee Island were outstanding. We ate at A J's and Sting Ray's and the Crab Shack to name a few. All had their specialities and we enjoyed all of them. We also loved the fresh fish market at Lazaretto Creek. Wonderful historical place to visit along with the beautiful beaches. This condo is very close to it all. Thank you, Jerry!

Enjoyable winter respite

Escaping northern Ohio for the month of Feb, my wife and I found Tybee and the Savannah area a wonderful getaway. Historical sites, great restaurants, daily strolls on the beaches, or just watching freighters traverse the Savannah river made for a relaxing experience. The unit is clean and well equipped . We have stayed in more extravagant places and paid more extravagant prices. This is a great value and thank Jerry for the little extras.

The Perfect Couple Getaway

My husband and I loved our stay on Tybee Island. We never did leave the island our entire stay even though our original plans were to explore Savannah. The condo was absolutely perfect for us, clean and relaxing (my husband enjoyed the swivel recliner) and was filled with thoughtful touches such as hand soap, tissues, DVDs, TV Channel directory, and area literature. The ocean view from the condo was beautiful and being the off-season, it was like having our own private beach to stroll. One of the local shopkeepers steered us to the Sundae Cafe for lunch and the food and atmosphere was excellent. We also enjoyed the Sunday morning buffet at the Dolphin Reef Motel with a three story high glass panoramic view of the ocean. We hope to return in the fall and will definitely be recommending this condo to friends.

Nice stay on Tybee Island

The condo is clean and well appointed. Everything is there that you need for your stay. The condo complex during our stay was very quiet, neat and a joy to stay at. The view from the balcony is nice, the sun is on it during the afternoon. You are steps to the beach which was worth the stay. Savannah is about 20 minutes away. We enjoyed ourselves and will be returning. Highly recommended.

Perfect Peace!

My wife, cousin and I stayed in this awesome condo from October 12th thru the 15th. I have to tell you that we can't wait until we get some more time off. The condo was perfect size for three people with a great view of the beach and minutes away from the downtown Tybee and historic Savannah. This was a great, reasonable get-a-way! The condo had all the amenities of an apartment, including all the kitchen appliances, nice cozy livingroom/dining room area and great balcony with beach breeze and views. We had a positive experience since we first inquired about the condo and couldn't pass this opportunity by, the prices are hard to beat and hospitality was unparallel. We have to thank you for allowing my family to stay in your condo; we had the best time and hope to be back again soon! This cozy condo on Tybee is one of it's best kept secrets and one of the most relaxing vacations we've had in a long time and we will definitely be back!!! Thanks again!

we were a bit disappointed

This listing is deceptive in my opinion. 1) The picture from the balcony edits out the great view of the parking lot and most of building c in front of you to make it look like you are beach front. Although I will say we still did see lots of dolphins jumping in the "ocean." 2) The listing says large bedroom when there is NO bedroom at all. 3) We had to drive across town to the public beach to play in the ocean and waves. This "beach" has no waves and the water is full of dirt. This small unit needs updating and really is not suitable for more than 2 people.

Owner response:This top floor condo has one bedroom with great views as the pictures show. The bedroom is larger than most condos at Savannah Beach and Racquet Club since we have seen many of them. If two bedrooms are needed then by all means rent a two bedroom condo. We challenge anyone to find a nicer, cleaner condo with as nice a view at comparable rates.

What a wonderful week on Tybee Island. The complex is on a quiet street that is easy to locate and has sufficient parking. This unit provided the perfect place to start and end the day, stocked with all your needs. From the balcony you have a glorious view of the dolphins playing in the Savannah River. The surrounding area provided interesting daytrips. The owner was gracious and helpful.

Just returned from a great time on Tybee Island with my husband. The condo was clean, property and pool were well maintained. Jerry, the owner went above and beyond to make sure our stay was pleasant. Would highly recommend this property. It was a good value and a great location. It was so easy to drive in to Savannah whenever we wanted, as it was only about a 20 minute drive. There was plenty to do in Savannah. Good restaurants, shopping, and tours etc.... When you wanted to be leisurely, you could stroll the miles of beach on Tybee or just lay by the pool. We had the best of both worlds! Thank you again Jerry for sharing a piece of your paradise!! We hope to come back someday.

Perfect for a Honeymoon!

My husband and I spent our honeymoon here in December of '09. It's out of the hustle of the city but close enough to enjoy all of the attractions. It was extremely clean and very home like. I would recommend this place to any couple :).
