Why the Owner Chose Big Bear Lake
Purchased in the winter of 2009 when it had just been fully remodeled. The location was incredible. Walking distance to the ski resort, mountain biking, hiking, zoo, and even on the golf course; it was just too perfect. Everyone who's stayed just loves it.
The Unique Benefits at this House on the Golf Course
The view is incredible. I love the absolutely peaceful backyard that looks out beyond the huge pine trees and golf course to the southern mountain ranges. From the Jacuzzi the daytime view is incredible, but at night the stars at too perfect.
Owner's Map of Big Bear Lake
Born and raised in New England now living in Los Angeles as a working filmmaker. A prior career as a professional athlete, including competition in the X-Games and several world tours. Author of the book, Shooting Action Sports: The Ultimate Guide to Extreme Filmmaking. Has a strong love of the mountains.
