Villa La Estancia will surround you with the pleasures of paradise that extend far beyond the luxuries of our special condo. But, we can offer you a “home base” for your adventures in Cabo that will make your trip to Mexico a memory of a lifetime!
One of the exciting differences that we offer our vacation guests is the opportunity to rent one of the Villa Las Estancia’s condos that has been updated/remodeled in the past month.
Here are just a few of the newly added furnishings and the most recent amenities:
Our condo (as of Spring, 2009) offers all new appliances, new furniture, and even the art is new in our 7th Floor La Estancia Condo. We have a newly painted, newly furnished condo with access to all of the new "extras" at Las Estancia, including the new Dessert Spa.
Living Room/Dining Room and Kitchen:
In addition to the new HDTV, DVD player and cable channels, there are the new, comfy couches and chairs that just say "relax" when you walk into the room. The walls are freshly painted, new dining room table, flatware and china. You are ready to plan a romantic dinner for two on the balcony or prepare for the whole family to eat dinner at “your place”. This is the villa for you.
Master Bed and Bath:
We have ensured that an added bonus for you and your family will be found in both of the bedrooms...big fluffy towels, new mattresses, high end Egyptian cotton sheets and pillows. There is new slate in the shower stall and the gigantic master bath soaking tub. However, as in the past, we still offer luxury bath amenities with L'Occitane and Bulgaria soaps, special shampoos, gels and lotions.
Master Suite features:
King Bed, Armoire Dresser w/ cable TV / VCR/ DVD player, Sitting room couch and coffee table
Master Bath features:
Oversized Jacuzzi spa tub, Separate shower, Double Sinks w/ vanity area, large closets
Second Bedroom and Bath:
We have added new sheets, towels, furniture to the 2nd bedroom and bath as well. We like to use the second suite for the “over flow” family or friends. The floor plan works well because either suite has a separate entrance from the bedrooms to the Terrace. The 2nd bedroom suite offers a spectacular view of the ocean and Lands End, which has a separate entrance to the outside and to the terrace.
The patio:
Enjoy the convenience of wet bar with refrigerator and comfortable lounge furniture and unobstructed views of the ocean. You will be able to bask in the warmth of the morning sun, but a cool, breezy shade awaits you at day's end on the terrace. Unlike most of the condos, it is located on the west side of the resort, you don’t have the hot afternoon sun baking down on your own huge terrace. You will be able to enjoy your early morning cup of coffee and a cool beverage in the afternoon...perfect temperatures for perfect personal comfort.
Guest Bed and Baths:
Second bedroom features: Two queen beds, Desk Area, Dresser w/cable TV / VCR /DVD
A Third Full Guest bathroom:
Private Shower/Bath, Single Sink w/vanity
So, what else is different and unique about this 2200 sq. ft. condo? The owners have listed their personal favorite restaurants, sightseeing trips, fishing boats to charter, whale watching trips and the list goes on. The homeowners have left a handy book of hints and tips about Cabo that will allow you to utilize their insider information that have taken years to compile. Don't waste your time with mediocre Mexican food, when you can see what it is like to eat in historic restaurants, visit the best art galleries for that special souvenir or travel to the most beautiful beaches in the area. This is a condo like no other! The homeowners guarantee you the best trip to Cabo that anyone can experience. They know. They have taken the time and made the effort to make it special for their guests!
