The Villa is situated in the gorgeous Portuguese village of Murches on the Lisbon Coast.
The stylish town of Cascais with its cafés, bars, restaurants and beaches is only ten minutes away while the stunning “Guincho” beach, famous for every kind of water sport and the annual world windsurfing championships, is only a five minute drive.
The location of the villa is idyllic. Here in the small village of Murches you are right in the heart of the true, untouched Portugal with its whitewashed traditional cottages and ocean-blue framed windows.
You are only a 2-minute walk from the village bakery with its little coffee shop for delicious breakfasts and lunches, and there are two cafes, a mini-supermarket and traditional restaurants locally including a well-known Portuguese favorite serving delicious traditional Portuguese dishes.
Murches is situated in the peace and quiet of national parkland and the villa has a privileged site on the edge of the beautiful Sintra National Park with stunning unspoiled views towards the hills. You can see the Palacio da Pena in Sintra lit up on the hill at night.
Outside
There is a private garden and two huge terraces, ideal for dining al fresco or sitting back on the loungers and soaking up the Portuguese sun. There is a large pool, which is shared with the other 11 villas in the closed condominium.
Inside
The villa has 3 large double bedrooms upstairs, one with an en suite bathroom, and a beautiful separate bathroom for the other 2 bedrooms. All the bedrooms are beautifully furnished and have wonderful views over the surrounding countryside. All the rooms in the house have electric security shutters.
Downstairs the enormous airy sitting room has 3 wonderful comfy sofas, one of which converts to a sofa bed and is ideal for children.
The bright, spacious kitchen is well-equipped with gas hob, electric fan oven and American style fridge-freezer - perfect for cooking all those wonderful culinary delights!
There is a large dining area adjoining the kitchen which seats 8, and terrace furniture includes comfortable teak dining table and chairs and of course a barbecue.
Beneath the house, there is a large secure communal garage with private spaces for three cars. There is direct access from the garage into the property by an internal staircase.

All bed linen and towels are provided with the property and will be changed on a weekly basis if you are staying more then 7 nights.

Rate Details (In Euros)
1st June – 31st August: 1500 Euros/week
1st September – 30th November: 1350 Euros/week
Deposit - 50% Non-refundable-required by bank transfer.
Balance 4 weeks before arrival.
Damage Deposit - €200 cash required on arrival after check-in inspection.
Refunded on date of departure following check-out inspection.
