  My friends and I are still reminiscing about this place. The scene of the ocean from the balcony will take your breathe away. The decor of this condo is absolutely beautiful! I would recommend this condo to anyone who's looking for relaxation with great friends and families. The condo is pretty much clean and well maintained and also provide a vaccum and broom if needed. We had a toilet issue in one of the rooms but a phone call away and it's fixed! Back porch restaurant next door is awesome but can be expensive for just drinks and appetizers. Everything you need is conveniently along Hwy 98. We will definitely be back and make it an annual vacation getaway! Absolutely love this place!

  My husband and I came with 3 other couples and had a fantastic time. The condo has beautiful views of the beach and the covered patio is perfect for sipping drinks and great fellowship. The rooftop pool is a hidden secret. The breeze from the gulf keeps you very cool and it was never crowded. We had happy hour most every day there and enjoyed watching the sunsets. The beds were all very comfortable. Our one complaint has nothing to do with the condo itself but with the cleaning crew. When we arrived the condo was far from clean. Nothing major but I would definitely get a new cleaning service. We would definitely stay here again. I would have rated this condo as excellent if it had a better cleaning service.

  A great experience from the initial phone call to reserve the unit- to the easy check out! This unit is even more awesome than the pictures can show. I would recommend this rental to anyone who would like to experience Destin at it's finest. The Back Porch is always a favorite restaurant/bar as is Dewey's and the Mellow Mushroom. The wrap around glass walls gave us the perfect light show when a storm rolled in. If you have to stay in, this is the place to be!

  We spent a week here 6-11---6-18-11. the unit is wonderful. Four bedrooms with four king beds and one has a futon. The balcony overlooks the beach and ocean with an incredible view both directions. The back porch resteraunt is right next door. We hope to come back and rent this unit again!

  This was the most beautiful condo we ever rented. We've came to this area every year for 10 years and actually saw this building being built one summer. This place is so nice and scenic. You can see all the way down 98 on one side, which is so cool at night. Then the ocean is right there everywhere you turn. The pool on the top of the building is gorgeous. You can see the bay, the gulf, Henderson beach and all of Destin. Planes fly right over the building so close you can see the landing gear. Don't get me wrong because this only happens every now and then and doesn't disturb you sleep. Its just alittle exciting to see them so close while your floating in the pool and looking at the ocean. The Back porch is next door and Grazzi's and Ruth Chris Steak house is behind you. No drinking and driving. No driving at all for that matter. Just walking and not much of that. We had 4 families and there was plenty of room for all of us. No stairs to climb. There are only 2 condos per floor. You get a secret code for your floor. No one was in the other condo so we had it all to ourselves. We saw several stingrays, a school of dolphins and a manitee swimming in the surf. We rented a party barge at a place called Luthers behind the Fishermans Wharf. It was just 150.00 for a 20 foot which was cheap and they get you stuff out of the car for you and load it back when you return. Great service!!! The water was beautiful everyday. Some seaweed, but no oil. Best vacation we've had and will be returning to Signature beach.

  We loved the condo. It was beautiful, convenient to everything we love to do in Destin. We come every year, usually rent different places for fun, but this is where we will continue to return. Loved the pool being on top of building. The beach wasn't super crowded when we stayed. Lots of dining within walking distance.

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
