Me and about 12 other people all stayed here last year. I was skeptical of the pictures at first because it looked too nice for San Felipe. It was even nicer than it looks in the pictures. I would recommend this place to anyone!! There is plenty of room for everyone. It is 2 stories with the roof being completely open and looking right onto the beach. This place was so nice that none of us wanted to come back home. Everything in this house is top of the line the owners did not cut corners on anything. Me and my fiance stayed in the studio and the nice thing about the studio is that, it separates you from the house if you want to get away from the constant partying. The deposit was back in my account a few days after the trip. The only downside was that there was no propane but that wasn't a biggy and that its about 15 minutes south of town. Make sure you dont miss the house when your driving by if you hit the airport that means you have to turn around.
