This upscale home is located a short walk from the public beach and pier as well as shopping and restaurants. It has the best ocean view in the entire town. The home is beautifully furnished.
There are two bedrooms on the main level. One is the master suite with its own bath and flat screen TV. The other has a queen bed also with its own flat screen TV. The third bedroom is downstairs. The down stairs bedroom has its own bathroom, and small kitchen. It has bunk beds with the lower bed being double and the top being single. It is ideal for teenagers. The small kitchen in the down stairs bedroom includes a TV, Microwave, and refrigerator. There is a hot tub on the top level of the property with unbelievable views of the ocean, pier and the north coast. A front deck is covered and has a gas BBQ so that your food can be grilled while enjoying the view. Internet service is furnished so bring your lap top.

Why the Owner Chose Cayucos
We bought the property in 1985 and built the home in 1995. As a child our family spent summer vacations in Cayucos and when my children were young, I brought them to Cayucos as well. We still spend as much time as we can with our family and neighbors in this, one of the last California beach towns.

We are both retired. I retired from the Fresno Police Department and my wife from the local hospital. We live in Fresno but spend as much time as possible in Cayucos at our beautiful home.

My family and I spent a wonderful week at this home. The home itself is furnished nicely, without losing any comforts. The view from the living area and deck is AMAZING, and is worth the price of admission alone! The hot tub.....big bonus, and always hot and ready to go. We got to see two peacocks up close and personal... they spent a day on top of the house and in the backyard. The kids loved that! We enjoyed walking to the restaurants in the area, as well as walking to the beach and pier. Morrow Bay was fun for shopping and kayaking, and was only a 5-10 minute drive. It really was a wonderful week, and Jerry's home was perfect. 14 thumbs way up for this vacation rental (7 in our party)! Enjoy...Lori and kids

We spent four days last week here on this quiet street with a great ocean view. The house is well-equipped and obviously well-loved. We were able to keep our four bikes and two cars in the garage and walk to town. It was a great location for everything we wanted to do in the area; hike, bike, wine tasting and relaxing.

Lovely home. Not your typical vacation rental. The owners obviously spend a good amount of time here and there are many personal touches. What makes this rental so different is that it is incredibly well stocked with so many lovely items--linens, cookware, glassware, etc. Everything you could possibly want. Incredible view of Cayucos. Very quiet vacation town...perfect for families. I heartily recommend this rental.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed this home! It is huge with amazing views and amenities. Cayucos is a wonderful place to visit and instead of staying in a hotel....we will definitely come back and stay here!! Well kept and gorgeous inside! The pictures posted don't do the house justice!!!!!

We can't say enough good things about this house and the owners! Amazing views, great comfort, every detail is covered. We also had wonderful communication and help from the family who own the house. Much more than a "rental"...it is a home. We will return!

Two thumbs up! Thanks, Jerry, for a delightful time in your beautiful home. This is definitely WAY more than a vacation property; we felt like very pampered guests at the home of dear friends. The views are stunning, as promised, including from the hot tub way up at the top. We enjoyed the telescope and binoculars, the barbecue, the deck and all the windows. The weather was delightful (no foggy mornings!), we found a starfish on the beach and loved watching the pelicans from the end of the pier. Cayucos is a great place for a getaway, and we will be back!
