This upscale home is located a short walk from the public beach and pier as well as shopping and restaurants. It has the best ocean view in the entire town. The home is beautifully furnished.
There are two bedrooms on the main level. One is the master suite with its own bath and flat screen TV. The other has a queen bed also with its own flat screen TV. The third bedroom is downstairs. The down stairs bedroom has its own bathroom, and small kitchen. It has bunk beds with the lower bed being double and the top being single. It is ideal for teenagers. The small kitchen in the down stairs bedroom includes a TV, Microwave, and refrigerator. There is a hot tub on the top level of the property with unbelievable views of the ocean, pier and the north coast. A front deck is covered and has a gas BBQ so that your food can be grilled while enjoying the view.

Why the Owner Chose Cayucos
We bought the property in 1985 and built the home in 1995. As a child our family spent summer vacations in Cayucos and when my children were young, I brought them to Cayucos as well. We still spend as much time as we can with our family and neighbors in this, one of the last California beach towns.
