Each of the bedrooms has direct access to one of the 5 decks featured in this beach front home (7305 Pleasure Avenue South).
The first floor has three bedrooms; one a master bedroom featuring a Queen bed and its own private bath and direct access to your very own oceanfront deck. The other two first floor bedrooms each have twin beds and decks and share a spacious bathroom as well. Second floor features include the main living area with an oceanfront covered deck where you and your family can enjoy colorful sunrises and the relaxing sounds of the ocean.
At night you will marvel at the view of the Atlantic City Casino skyline and the lights of Ocean City Boardwalk afforded from any of the numerous vantage points offered by this showcase property. Additional second floor features include another bedroom complete with queen bed, private deck and the largest bath in this exquisite ocean front home.
The third floor boasts a second master suite complete with queen bed, private bath and a large private deck that provides spectacular views of both the ocean and bay, creating a wonderful environment to enjoy early evenings as the sun sets over historic Townsends Inlet and sky’s reds, pinks and blues reflect off the ocean waves. This spacious home offers beautiful beach views throughout the house.
The primary living area includes a 35” flat screen TV, DVD, CD, AM/FM stereo. The dining area with bar area seats 10, perfect for group breakfasts, lunches, dinners and late night entertaining. The kitchen is packed with all the necessities for the gourmet cook with a gas grill outside for grilling fresh seafood, your favorite steaks, and BBQ chicken. Keep cool with ceiling fans throughout and central A/C.
Whether you prefer to rock your troubles away on a deck sipping a frozen concoction, sit on the deck with your laptop and watch the dolphins swim by or read on the beach, this home offers it all including oceanfront furnished decks, digital cable, books, wireless access, beach tags, beach chairs, a load of children’s beach toys and much more! So that we may keep the house in a manner in which everyone can enjoy, no pets or smoking please.
Deposits and procedures: A $500 deposit is required in order to reserve your week. This would then become your security deposit. After we receive this deposit, we will prepare and mail you the lease agreement, half due in one month and the balance due 30 days prior to occupancy. Your security deposit is the only way to black out the week. Any lost beach tags will be deducted from your security deposit at $15 each. No rentals under 21 yrs. of age; family rentals only.
