Why the Owner Chose Riverview
As full-time residents of Breckenridge, Colorado for nearly 20 years, we have always longed to establish roots in Telluride and have been visiting the area since the early 80's. We are grateful for all of the opportunities we've had to ski and pedal our way throughout the state of Colorado, the Western Rockies and Europe, and have yet to find any other place in the world similar to the quintessential mountain town of Telluride. We are consistently inspired by the rugged beauty, colorful history, and progressive values of the community and hope to make it our permanent home in the future.

We leased this condo for a week this summer. The unit was in good condition and the location was great. Caroline was a pleasure to work with and had information on the condo available to us in advance so we could prepare what to bring. We hope to come back and rent again.

We had a great visit. We loved the condo - the cleanliness, the views, the location to the park, trails, restaurants, shops, and of course, loved Telluride. We met so many nice people there (a lot from riding the gondola up and down to go to things). My husband and sons really enjoyed their day of fly fishing with Midnite and actually caught some fish! We hiked, went on the jeep ride, went to the spa, went to Mesa Verde - just a ton of things. Not to mention there was something going on every night! The wedding was great and I loved the tradition of marching through the street after the ceremony. If we have a chance to go back to Telluride, we'd book this condo again, and I have recommended it to friends that might visit.

Ahhh, Riverview. Most excellent spot. We have been coming to Telluride for 20 years for the Bluegrass Festival, and we've stayed in a number of different places in town over the years. This place is a gem, and it's a brilliant spot to be for a Town Park Festival. I counted it at a mere 180 steps from the front door to the Festival entrance tent! It's also quite a treat to be able to lay in bed and not only listen to the music live from Town Park, but also to watch the stage! Seriously good. The unit itself is great, 3 bedrooms with queen or king in each. Two have their own full bath and the upstairs bedroom uses the 'common' full bath by the kitchen. Bedroom furnishings are pretty basic, but the beds are really comfortable as are the linens. The kitchen, dining, living area are basically all one great room, with a small balcony overlooking the beaver pond. The view is fantastic and the location here on the pond makes it amazingly private for being so close to everything. The pond and wetlands prevent anyone from accessing the entire north side of the building, so it's ultra quiet and beautiful since most of the windows face onto this open space. As we were there in summer, we didn't use the steam shower, but we did have a wonderful jacuzzi tub that was most welcome at the end of hiking days. As a festival-going location, this spot literally cannot be beat. But, if you're planning on going to Bluegrass, well, you will have competition in getting this spot as we hope to have it every year!!! Try anyways, though. Of course, there are so many other reasons to go to Telluride, and this unit will be hard to match anywhere in town for this price, or anything close to it. Hiking from here is also so easy--Bear Creek is a stone's throw away, and the riverwalk is just out the back door. The building itself has only 6 units in it, and so that adds to its charm and quiet. All in all, it's a fantastic spot for any Telluride adventures. Lastly, the owners were terrific to work with, very welcoming, and very attentive.

My Wife and I stayed here in feburary. The location is unreal. We parked our car when we first arrived and didn't get back into it until we left 3 days later. We walked to the gondola every day which took only a few minutes and walked to all the restaurants and bars. The place feels roomy and cozy and is very clean and tidy and the bedrooms are very comfortable. Telluride is such a great place to visit and we can't wait to come back next year. We will definitely stay at Nick and Caroline's place again

Great condo in the heart of Telluride! Absolutely super location, 2 blocks from everything you need, grocery store, restaurants, main street, shops and most importantly the gondola. You do not need a car! Extremely comfortable for both the guys that stayed and then for the wife who arrived later. The view from the living area was unbeatable. Kitchen was well equipped for our nights in and Seinfeld tapes for the tv were a big hit. Photos were accurate, there were no surprises! The rental guide left by the owners was especially helpful for negotiating tv's, appliances, how reliable the Galloping Goose (public transportation) is and even how to deal with altitude sickness. The owners have neglected nothing! We'll be back.

I rented this condo for a family vacation over the holidays and it was much better than I expected. The location is close to everything and the kids enjoyed the freedom of walking into town and venturing out to ski without being dropped off. The condo was clean and the kitchen had enough equipment to cook a real meal. I would rent again without hesitation.

This is our second stay at the condo over the Thanksgiving holiday. It was once again, immaculately clean and we noticed a new washer/ dryer. The kitchen appliances were terrific, we held a traditional Thanksgiving feast with no challenge other than altitude. This is such a friendly neighborhood, truly a great way to kick off the holiday season.

We've been staying at various resorts in Colorado for the last 30 years. This condo was in pristine condition with modern appliances, nice linens and was warm! All the bedrooms were toasty and comfortable. We've stayed at far more expensive condos that didn't have near the proximity to the lifts or night life. This is a place we plan on frequenting with friends and family in the future.

Location is wonderful and 3 bedrooms/3 baths made for a very comfortable stay for our family which was multi generational. No bothersome driving, the town and slopes are so convenient from the condo that people can come and go as they want. Very clean and well furnished. Excellent amenities with a well stocked kitchen and quality bed/bath supplies. A reasonable rental price for an upscale condo. At last, a place we will return to again and again as it's the next best thing to owning. A find!
