This is a well maintained vacation home with good amenities for families and friends. The location is also good as it is close to South Lake Tahoe ski resorts. We stayed here for several days in December skiing in Heavenly and had great time on the slope and off the slope (i.e., in the house). The rental process was very smooth as the owner Joan kept the communication clearly and promptly.

We are a family of 8 adults and we found this home to be very spacious and comfortable. It is conveniently split up into two living areas, two bedrooms and one bath on each floor giving ample privacy. We really enjoyed the hot tub. The home is clean and well maintained. It is perfectly located for area activities. The owner (Joan) is thorough and accommodating, a pleasure to work with.

i rented this house for my wedding party - 2 of my bridesmaids and 1 of my groomsmen with their other halves and children. they LOVED the house! it was very roomy and spacious for the kids to run around. the house looked small from the house but it is very misleading - once you get inside, you're struck at how big the house really is! it is in a very secluded spot but not so far from all the fun of south lake tahoe. the owner were absolutely fabulous with e-mail communication to the point where i knew they were just a phone call away in case something happened, and we had such an easy check-in/check-out. we would definitely rent again! thank you so much!

We had a great time in Tahoe and the house was perfect for our needs. We had everything we needed and more. Since we have been camping the last several years, a washer and dryer was quite a luxury and the hot tub was a treat. Everything was clean and well organized. I would definitely recommend your house to others and rent it again on future visits to the Tahoe area.

We stayed at the house for a visit in June. It was everything is stated it would be and more. We had 10 people in our party and everyone fit very comfortably. The location was convenient and close to everything (stores, lake, casinos, movies, etc...). The house was fully stocked with everything we could need (paper towels, TP, soap, laundry amenities, kitchen amenities). All we needed was the food. We used the BBQ on the deck in the back and a few of us also enjoyed the hot tub. Joan (the owner) was awesome to work with. Her communication and diligence made the rental process an extremely positive experience. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone who is interested.

We stayed for a couple of nights and really enjoyed our stay. The meadow was perfect for the kids to play in, it was close to South Lake amenities, the hot tub was fabulous after a day on the slopes, the house was very well stocked and super clean. It had a great layout for families. Owner was very nice to work with. Would definitely stay again!

My sisters family and mine stayed at this home and it was more than what we could have wanted/expected for our winter trip. All we had to bring were clothes and the food, the home provided for everything we needed, even wine glasses! The photos don't do the home justice, it is much more in person. The communication I had with the owner was very helpful and easy, thank you Joan for everything. We are definately coming back for the summer!

Perfect place for our vacation. We have 2 small children and we all stayed downstairs and the grandparents upstairs. Perfect setup! The home was very comfortable and well stocked and equipped. Loved the backyard for the kids and the grill was awesome! Also enjoyed the hot tub! Great working with the owner- very communicative throughout the process. Would rent here again- except we may look for a place of our own as we loved it so much!

Our family enjoyed your house in Tahoe very much! It had the perfect set up for our family and lots of space for everyone. We were very impressed with the cleanliness and attention to the fine details such as having plenty of towels, the special treat of a small basket with soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion in each bathroom, and a kitchen with various seasonings and plenty of dinner ware. Even things such as Kleenex, paper towels and laundry soap were very much welcomed. We didn't use much of those items but it sure was nice knowing they were there and impressed all of us with your professionalism, generosity and thoughtfulness is being certain your guests have everything that might be needed while staying in your house. We visited with other family members in their Tahoe rental in the Tahoe Keys and they had few of the many conveniences your place offered! For instance, there were fourteen of us having dinner at their rental and there was silverware and dishes for only 12 which meant having to bring in paper plates and plastic ware so everyone could eat at the same time! I don't know how many place settings your kitchen offered, but I can assure you we didn't want for anything!!! Plus, their rental didn't offer all the extra chairs like we saw in your garage, so some had to sit on the floor at the Tahoe Keys house!! Our stay in your Tahoe vacation rental was way too short as we would have loved to stay longer but it was very comfortable and relaxing. Oh, that reminds me....our family members at the Tahoe Keys complained about terrible beds and pillows! We only smiled as we bragged about our comfortable beds and mounds of pillows offering various pillow types for each person's preference!!!! We will gladly recommend your place to others and keep your information in the event we are in need of a vacation rental in Tahoe again. Many thanks for offering such a lovely place and for making our visit there as comfortable and convenient as being in our own home.
