Happy Holidays from the staff at The Keuka Lake Lodge! The Lodge is a 6 bedroom and 3 bathroom private home. If you are looking for an immaculately clean lake home with all the luxury amenities your family desires but at an affordable price-this is the house for you! Air conditioning, washer and dryer, dishwasher, all city amenities, awesome beach, and loads of off street parking.
The lodge has a PS2 (Sony Play Station 2 Game system with video games) and ping pong table for the kids when they are not in the lake. The Lodge has off street parking for up to 8 vehicles. There is plenty of room to park a boat trailer on the property.
The house has a private beach with dock. The beach and dock are available for the exclusive use of rental guests. Many guests bring their own boat or rent one from a local marina during their stay. Our dock has the capcity to accomodate one boat.
The house is over 4,000 square feet of living space and is the ideal spot for a large family vacation rental. Our maximum guest capcity is 12 people. This is a firm limit. The house has been completely renovated and freshly painted. The fixtures in all 3 Full bath rooms are lovely fresh and new! Your family will be very pleased with our immaculately clean and newly appointed bath rooms.
The First floor has one bedroom and one full bath, a large family room with Flat Screen TV, VCR & DVD, wonderful sofa and two lazy boy recliners. The family room furniture is new for the summer 2009 rental season. Also on teh first floor is dining room with seating for 12, work station for computer use, pantry, lagre beautiful kitchen with eat-in dining for 10 people.
Kitchen has all new appliances for summer 2009. Kitchen has dish washer, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven and all the cookware, dishes and glasses a party of 12 will need.
The Second floor has 5 Bedrooms and 2 full baths. The South wing bedrooms have sliding glass doors with balconies. House is equipped with a second floor washer and dryer. The Second floor TV lounge has a sofa, flat screen TV, with Cable, DVD player, and a PS2 game system with games. The Sofa is new for the 2009 rental season.
The house has Two King beds, One Queen bed, and Two Full sized (double) beds and Two Twin beds. For a large family vacation home, with the comfort you want and expect, but at a budget price - this is the house for you.
The lodge lakefront is directly in front of the house. There is docking space for one boat.
Now Booking Spring Wine Weeks and Weekends! Weekend rate of $800 for a 2 night stay plus $400 refundable security deposit. We have a 2 night minimum for Spring weekend rentals. Sheets, pillows, and blankets are included with all weekend rentals. Guests will need to bring their own towels.

- For a modest daily use fee - guests can use Keuka College Gym, fitness center, and in-door pool. Computers in library, tennis courts, college waterfront with lifeguard are all free to use. College waterfront with lifeguard is great when you can't be at the lodge's private beach with the kids!
