Welcome from the staff at The Keuka Lake Lodge! The Lodge is a 6 bedroom, 3 bathroom private home. If you are looking for a spacious lake view home at an affordable price, then this is the house for you! Features include air conditioning, washer and dryer, dishwasher, all city amenities, nearby beaches, and lots of off-street parking.
The house is over 4,000 square feet of living space and is the ideal spot for a large family vacation rental. Our maximum guest capacity is 12 people. The Lodge has a PS2 (Sony Playstation 2) game system with video games and ping pong table. There is off-street parking for up to 8 vehicles, and plenty of room to park a boat trailer on the property.
The first floor has a large family room with flat screen TV & DVD player, comfortable sofa, love seat and two recliners. The first floor also features a large dining room with seating for 12, work station for computer use (computer not included in rental), pantry/mudroom, bedroom, full bathroom, and a large & beautiful kitchen with eat-in dining for 12 people. Kitchen features dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven and cookware, dishes and glasses for a party of 12.
The second floor features 5 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The south wing bedrooms have sliding glass doors with balconies and a stunning lake view. House is equipped with a second floor washer and dryer. The second floor family room has a sofa, TV with cable, DVD player, and a PS2 game system with games.
The house has two king beds, one queen bed, two full sized (double) beds, and two twin beds.
The south wing of the house features central air conditioning, which cools upstairs bedrooms, upstairs family room, kitchen, pantry/mudroom, and computer work room. The remainder of the house is equipped with bedroom ceiling fans and standing fans in the downstairs family room.
Sheets, pillows, and blankets are included with all rentals. Guests will need to bring their own towels.
Nearby beaches and state parks provide excellent recreational opportunities.

This is our 2nd stay at Keuka Lake Lodge for a couples' Fall wine tour weekend. I've searched all over the internet to find the perfect location for our annual trip and KLL can't be beat. Six bedrooms, 3 full baths, comfortable living areas and a beautiful view of the lake from the hill. We had 6 couples on our trip this year and everyone was very pleased with the accomodations AND the price. The owners are very responsive to all questions, suggestions and concerns. The listing photos are quite accurate to what you see when you arrive. It is an older home, but in good condition. Hopefully we can return next Fall!

We are here for a girls weekend and are having a GREAT time. The house is AWESOME!! A great party house. Everything is clean and in great shape. The house is enormous. The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of kitchen essentials. The only thing we did not think to bring was hair dryers. But there is a Walgreens in town, so we are covered!

We have been renting Keuka Lake properties since 1999, providing a high quality experience at a reasonable price. We take exception to this review and feel that it does not accurately portray the high quality rental experience that we provide to our customers. Having been renters, ourselves, we strive to meet the needs of our guests and do our very best to ensure a satisfactory rental experience. In 11 years of providing Keuka Lake vacation rentals, we have never before received a review such as this one. In fact, we consistently receive positive feedback from our guests, who express tremendous satisfaction with their rental experience, often stating that the property, our responsive approach to providing customer service, and their overall experience far exceeded their expectations. In this current 2011 season, guests who have stayed at the Keuka Lake Lodge before and since the reviewer have found the accommodations to be more than acceptable. As part of our commitment to providing excellent customer service, we retain the services of a variety of local professionals who are available to promptly address any situation that may arise, including a professional cleaning service that cleans the house between every rental period. In addition, we respond promptly to all inquiries (before and during the contracted rental period), including those of the reviewer. Finally, as furnishings and other items in the house are used over time, some inevitably become damaged or otherwise unsuitable for continued use. In these cases, we replace those items in our effort to ensure the comfort of our guests. While it may not always be possible to find exact replacements in terms of color or other similar criteria, we strive to replace with items of equal or greater quality. The reviewer failed to mention the various ways in which we responded to her during her rental period. We took steps to address her specific concerns in our effort to provide her with a satisfactory rental experience. We have always appreciated the feedback of our guests over the years. It keeps us in touch with their expectations and needs. Our goal is to provide a high quality rental experience at a reasonable price. Buyer need not beware, in this case. We rented this home in early July of 2011, owner was very nice and cooperative during the contract signing phase. Unfortunately, when we arrived at the home it was in quite different shape than the "immaculately clean & luxury amenities" description that was posted on sight. When I contacted her about it the response was that they do not live in the area and therefore rely on the cleaning staff. My guess is the cleaning staff does very minimal but in my opinion it is still the owners legal responsibility to provide the rental in the condition it was contracted for when it is shown and described on the sight. I even sent her photos upon my return so she could see for herself. Some examples are as follows; white shelves in bedroom are missing, dressers for clothes are different than shown in pictures and extremely old, could barely open drawers and they have an old musty smell, pillowcases do not even fit the pillows on king bed, comforter covers have not been washed in some time, front wicker chair and table are not there, blue couch and table in family room are not there but a different one is, old ripped couch in bedroom, loads of dead bugs in windowsills, large cobwebs and dead bugs in numerous corners of the rooms (one even between side table and bed!), exposed electrical on sides of fireplace (extremely dangerous to kids!), only folding chairs at the dining and kitchen table, only 2 PS2 games that work, only 3 videos in the so called library, no standing fans were provided and it was super hot in the north wing where there was no air, all carpets in kitchen and north wing are filthy with dark brown spots and ants are always present at the kitchen table when eating. We have rented homes for the past 6 years in various areas and have never had a problem with the unit meeting our needs and expectations. However, since the owner is misrepresenting the true condition of this home we were very disappointed in our stay here. I have tried contacting her numerous times but she was unwilling to compensate us for her inability to meet her end of the rental contract. Buyer beware!
