This is a beautiful three bedroom ranch with a HUGE garage. The garage provides the washer and dryer as well as a sitting room and a table for dining. You will enjoy the wonderful deck during the day and the fire pit in the evening. The front yard allows for horseshoes, washers, bean bag toss, etc.
You will have full access to Lake George which is less than thirty feet from the edge of the nice sized deck. There is also a secure dock that allows you to walk out to the water or you will be able to enjoy swimming to and from the floating dock.
The kitchen has a nook with a bay window that overlooks the biggest part of the lake. The living room also has a bay window with a similar view. Open the windows because the breeze of the lake is wonderful.
There is a grocery store at the end of the street as well as a restaurant/bar. There are many cities that are nearby. Those cities are Farwell (small) about a 15 minute drive, Harrison (big) about a 20 minute drive, Clare (decent size) about a 25 minute drive, Mount Pleasant(huge and has everything including a casino) about a 45 minute drive.
