The apartment was beautiful, spacious and spotless; the view onto the ocean and pools was gorgeous! The beach in front of the building was very well maintained and nice for swimming and the pool was perfect. We had never been to Colombia before--the owner and his daughter were extremely helpful to us in the planning of this trip and for that my family is extremely grateful. We would definitely return.

The condo was perfect. We enjoyed sitting outside on the balcony to eat our breakfast. Iraida, the housekeeper, was amazing! She spoiled us by serving us breakfast outside. She's an amazing cook. Ask her to make some of the traditional dishes from Cartagena, such as pescado frito, arroz con coco, ensalada con aguacates and patacones con suero. The condo has a very nice pool, which we also enjoyed very much. The condo was impeccable, clean, and well maintained. The binder with instructions left by the owner came in handy. Our son got sick and it was great to have the information for a pharmacy that delivered right to the condo. El "Centro" - historic downtown was not far. About a 15 minute cab ride. You can also ask for a cab ahead of time and the front desk calls the condo when it arrives. Definitely would recommend to others. Hope to come back again one day!

This place is absolutely great! The beach is right there, the pool is right there, and the Cartagena is just minutes away. We loved it!. Can't wait to go back.

Somos residentes en Bogotá y con unos amigos españoles pasamos cinco maravillosos dias en el apartamento. Llevábamos muchas expectativas y podemos decir que fueron superadas por la realidad. El apartamento responde exactamente a lo que se anuncia, pero la amabilidad y disposición de ayuda y colaboración del dueño le dan un calor especial. Ahora bien el aporte de Iraida,la asistenta, es casi innombrable. Tenía todo maravillosamente dispuesto, nos ayudó en todo sentido y la comida que nos preparó fue verdaderamente deliciosa. Recomendamos ampliamente este apartamento para quienes deseen disfrutar plenamente de Cartagena y sus playas.

Highly recommend this property. Christian the owner was accessible, helpful and very good to deal with. Upon arrival, Iraida the housekeeper was extremely welcoming and is a true delight to deal with. Fruits were laid on the counter, the apartment was impeccably clean, and fully equipped. She cooked us a typical cartagena meal which was delicious. All around our vacation was greatly enhanced by staying in this apartment. Thank you Christian and Iraida. Will look forward to staying there again!

Spent 8 nights in this beautiful apartment by the sea in Cartagena. The property is gorgeous and Cartagena is a very vibrant and exciting city. Definitely worth visiting and staying in this place. The housekeeper, Iraida, took very good care of us and kept the place spotless. Thank you
