I have it priced similar to 1 bedroom units which sleep fewer people.I have also priced it below rates charged by my management company.The price is right! If you are traveling as a group [golfers] splitting the cost of this unit makes it less expensive then a cheap motel while having superior accomodations and amenities.
All business transactions will be handled by a professional management company. My property is managed by Elliott Realty: North Myrtle Beach Travel. This protects both of us, and in the event of any equipment failures or problems you can contact them for timely assistance.

I did not include in a printer.You can bring your own and hook it up if you want.If access to a printer is needed there is a computer in the 1st floor lobby you are welcome to use.Bear in mind other avista guests use it as well.Time should be limited to around 15 mins.
