Located on the shore of Lake Dillon, Marina Place Condos is in the heart of Summit County which offers all of the summer and winter activities you can find in the Rocky Mountains. Every room and balcony has majestic views of Lake Dillon, Ten-Mile mountain range, and the ski slopes at both Breckenridge and Keystone resorts. We know you’ll enjoy this bright, romantic mountain getaway that overlooks the Lake Dillon Marina. It is just a one block walk to Dillon restaurants and the bus stop for the free Summit Stage shuttle that runs directly to Keystone and throughout the towns of Dillon and Silverthorne.
At 1760 square feet, the condo is spacious, open and has room for the entire family. The living room has a 2 story-vaulted ceiling, natural rock mantle with gas fireplace, and 32” LCD TV with cable/DVD. The large master bedroom has an incredible hardwood sleigh bed with panoramic views of the lake and mountain range. The living room and two of the bedrooms open onto the condo’s two spacious balconies which include a table and chairs. The condo has everything you will need for an enjoyable stay: a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher, TV in every room, and access to 3 hot tubs, an indoor heated pool, and dry sauna. The condo is handicap accessible with covered parking for three cars and elevator access from the garage. Sleeps 6 -8 (Bedroom #1: king sleigh bed and queen sleeper sofa; Bed #2: queen bed and full sleeper sofa; Bed #3: 2 full beds).
Summer activities: The Lake Dillon Marina offers daily motor and sail boat rentals, and a lakeside restaurant with live music on weekends. Take a water taxi across the lake to the town of Frisco for shopping and lunch on Frisco’s Main Street. The condo is only 6 miles to Keystone, 9 miles to A-Basin, 12 miles to Copper, and 15 miles to Breckenridge which offer several golf courses, downhill cycling, hiking, gondola rides to mountaintop dining, and art and music festivals. The Lake Dillon Bike Path passes just below the condo and connects to 100 miles of cycling and jogging paths running to Vail, Breckenridge, Copper and Keystone. Explore the many fabulous hiking trails in the area including Loveland Pass, Hoosier Pass, the Colorado Trail and Swan Mountain. Enjoy fishing or kayaking on Lake Dillon and Snake River, or horseback riding at the Keystone stables.
Just a 4 block walk from the condo, you’ll find two children’s outdoor play parks, public tennis courts and baseball field, and our local bowling alley. On Saturday nights, pack a picnic, grab the lawn chairs and walk four blocks to Dillon’s lakeside outdoor amphitheater that offers a free family-friendly “Sunset at the Summit” summer concert series. The series includes fireworks displays on July 4th and Labor Day weekend. The amphitheater also offers outdoor Sunday morning church services with the lake and mountains as your backdrop. Interested in truly impressive local theater? The Lake Dillon Theater is just a short four block walk and offers a packed summer repertory season, as well as daytime children’s theater productions. Participate in local festivals and events such as the Keystone Wine Festival or the Breckenridge Beer Festival in July.
We are located just 70 miles from Denver and minutes from I-70. Sorry, no pets or smoking in the condo. Come enjoy all that Summit County and our condo have to offer! We truly hope it becomes your home away from home!

We could not have chosen a better place for our family vacation! The only thing more spectacular than the condo itself was the mountain and lake view from every room, especially the master suite. Everything we needed was there and there was plenty of room to be together and also to spread out for quiet time. The covered parking and elevator made moving in and out easy. The location is also super because us non-skiers could go shopping and take walks by the lake while the rest of the family hit a different ski resort each day. And everyone enjoyed the hot tub, whether we'd earned it after a day of great skiing or a day of just relaxing and soaking in those views.

It was wonderful and the views were great! The condo worked out perfect for two families and was well stocked with those little things you wind up needing. We hope to return to Colorado soon and we would want to stay in Dillon again.

The condo has fantastic views of Lake Dillon and surrounding mountains (including Keystone Ski Resort). I especially enjoyed how quiet and peaceful it was - which definitely helps after a rough week at work. The rooms are comfortable and well stocked with blankets and pillows and there are enough bathrooms/showers to accomodate up to 12 people. The kitchen is also well stocked with utensils, glasses, dishes, spices, etc. which makes it easy to prepare meals for yourself or groups of people. All in all it is very comfortable and welcoming.

Thank you so much for a wonderful stay in your absolutely beautiful home. I could have sat by the fireplace staring at your breathtaking views all day.
