This unique and newly renovated home is located overlooking Bethune Beach Park, which offers lots of recreational activities.
This two story is well appointed and offers a true coastal living experience-central Florida style! With views of the ocean, park and river, there so much to see and do.
The area is vibrant with activity, and evenings wind down with glorious sunsets from the park dock, right across the street.
The beach park is just a step away through our gate, from which you can walk to the no drive beach only a few hundred feet away. The house offers many places to sit and enjoy the view, from inside and out.
You can watch the moon, sun and stars rise every day from our wide open view and wrap around balconies, and it never looks the same twice. Balconies on both ends of the house make for perfect places to watch the world go by, watch your kids play in the park playground, and enjoy the breezes and sounds of the ocean.
Tropical landscaping such as bougainvilleas, hibiscus, roses, surround the house with lots of color and blooms. Listen to the palms rustle as the winds blow from the east.
Sit out and get some sun on our back deck in our chaise, or grill out and enjoy the fresh air and sunshine at our comfortable wicker table and chairs. Our sunset bar is great for watching the sky come alive as the sun sets over the river.
Enjoy viewing and interacting with our local wildlife, just across the street in Cedar Cove.
Dolphins play and feed daily in the river waters (you can usually watch them while having breakfast in the morning)or just before sunset down on the dock. Manatees play and frolic all summer long, before the cold comes and they head for the springs.
There's plenty more of nature to see at Canaveral Seashore, just a mile away. Bike, walk or drive to see Florida's natural beach, where the environment is preserved and protected. See lots of creatures, including sea turtles that lay their nests all summer. Tours and sightseeing are available in the park and nearby.
A short drive down A1A takes you to all kinds of shopping, dining and activities. Take the water taxi to local eateries and drinking establishments, see live theatre, or just meander down main street and visit galleries, shops, cafes, and more.
There's so much to enjoy and do, or nothing at all, the choice is yours. No matter what the weather, spending time at Bethune Beach is always wonderful.
It's a special place that beckons you to come out and play, and it's always hard to leave when the time comes.
