The Gourmet Kitchen has concrete counter tops and cookware and appliances equipped to build a feast. The dining room sits over looking the patio and lanai. There is a large mirrored great room complete with entertainmnet center, stereo, CD, DVD player and large screen TV and another couch that makes into a queen sized bed.
The ups stairs extra large master bed room has a king sized bed, walk in closet, marble conter top sink, separate stall shower, a jaccuzzi tub and views of the mountains and partial ocean. The other 2 down stairs bed rooms consist of a queen sized bed and a "Surf Bed Room" complete with a hand painted mural of a surfer on the wall with a real surf board comeing out of the wall. The is a laundry room complete with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron. There is an enclosed 2 car garage with electronic door openers.
