There’s lots of Emerald Beach resort condos for rent, but before you book one look at this one. If you know anything about Emerald Beach Resorts you know it’s what they call an upscale resort property here in Panama City Beach. This resort’s got all the style you want.
But we’ll get to that. Let’s talk about the beach. We’re talking a beach that’s over 1000 feet wide. That’s like a fifth of a mile of sugar white sand that’s all yours. Just an unbelievable sight. And you get to see it from the ground and from your private balcony. ‘Cause this unit is beachfront! So you get the best views, the best beach, the best getaway place right here at Emerald Beach.
Imagine sitting on your balcony and watching everything from the beach to the waves to a school of dolphin swimming by. What a sight. But that’s not all. Whether you enjoy laying poolside soaking up the Florida Sun, laying on the sand, or resting in the shade of your balcony, Emerald Beach Resort has something for you and your family. Just look at this list.

When you’re done with the sun, there’s lots of other fun located right around this resort. In fact there’s a new shopping experience that’s pretty close that I want to tell you about. Pier Park is really something pretty spectacular. It’s a million plus square food shopping area (like a mall at the beach) It’s got a ton of stuff. There’s a Dillard's, Target, Penny’s, Ron Jon (my second home); there’s a 16 screen movieplex.
All kinds of restaurants. Panera Bread for a quick bite, Longhorn Steakhouse & Outback. And get this: there’s a Jimmy Buffet Margaritaville, you know, it’s 5 o’clock somewhere. And, if you want a Café American Double Shot Vente it’s got a Starbucks. Can you imagine? Starbucks in flip flops. Oh, and during the summer there’s going to be free concerts for the whole family. How cool is that?!?
If you’re coming down for a kid sports tournament, you’re pretty close to the Robert Brown Park, where they host a lot of them.
Here’s the scoop on the condo.
Man is this place big! It isn’t just big, It’s like a place you see in one of those resort magazines. I’d call it kind of Floribbean. A little Florida. A little Caribbean. It’s really colorful and fun and it really makes the most of the room in every room. There’s plenty of space for all your beach stuff, but that’s not why you’ll pick this condo. It’s got great views. Plain and simple.
The LIVING ROOM sofa opens up as a queen sleeper. The entertainment center, which is entertaining just to look at it has a big TV, looks like a 35”. And it’s got a bunch of cable channels. I checked. Free HBO, don’t forget. The DVD player lets you play movies when you’re beached out. Or, surf the net with the high speed connection. But, I gotta tell you, the views are gonna make all that pretty tough. You’re eyes will wonder to the beach every time. You’ll like the balcony, too. It’s really comfortable. And the views, The views.
The MASTER BEDROOM’s got a huge king size bed with a with a beautiful Caribbean carved headboard. Luxury bedding. And the bed’s really looks comfortable. I almost laid down on it to see how it felt. There’s another pretty big TV, same cable package. The Master Bath’s something to see. Gotta separate shower and garden tub. And how about this. There’s a breakfast table so that you can sit and look out at the beach and gulf while enjoying your coffee and newspaper (yeah I know, who reads the paper at the beach?).
The 2ND MASTER has a nice size queen. Beautiful headboard. Big room with lots of space for your stuff. Good size bath room of this bedroom.
The BUNK AREA is a kid friendly area for sleeping and a little playing. Perfect for the kiddies.
The KITCHEN’s open and has everything that you need, so no matter whether you’re cooking your specialty or just fixing grilled cheese sandwiches you’ve got everything you need to please the family. There’s a big kitchen bar with bar chairs so you can grab a quick bit before you hit the beach.
The DINING AREA has a table for six so everyone can sit down and enjoy a meal.
The LAUNDRY area’s located to make keeping everyone in clean clothes a breeze.
These bedrooms, the bunk area and the pull out sleeper sofa in the living room making sleeping room for 8 with 2 complete full baths.
Hey, this condo is a big beautiful place at the beach. And it’s priced right too. You can’t go wrong at Emerald Beach. It’s got everything you want in a beach condo and it’s going to book up quick for the summer.
