Booking Policy
• A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking
• Except for a $75 cancellation fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 30 days prior to the arrival date.
• Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival date.

• CHECK IN IS AT 4:00 p.m. & CHECK OUT IS BY 10:00a.m.

  • we had a wonderful week. love that redfish hasn’t been discovered yet. the staff was pleasant and helpful. the amenities are first class and while there were other families visiting, we still felt like we had the place to ourselves. this particular condo is in a perfect spot. the pool and playground are right outside, great for the kids. we loved relaxing on the couches right outside our front door. catching the golf cart to the beach was super easy. and when we chose to walk, it was a nice stroll. and the beach was as promised — our own private slice of white sand with umbrellas and chairs to boot! it was just a lovely time, i can’t say enough! thank you.

  • What a hidden gem. This place is so new and undiscovered that it is like your own Ritz or Four Seasons without being in the middle of the Seasode taffic madness and noise but close enough to be there. 5 star condo, 5 star complex and your own private beach! Glad to have found it before the masses!
