deposit will be cashed and will be refunded 14 days after departure.
Pets (with prior approval) $100.00 extra.
Linen and towel service $100.00 extra.

Why the Owner Chose Suttons Bay
We bought our cottage because Suttons Bay is the perfect blend of a beautiful, quiet, rural area with so much to do in the Peninsula, and in Traverse City. We never come close to running out of things to do--biking into town, shopping, visiting wineries, and mostly relaxing at our cottage. Traverse City is so close and the airport makes it very easy for us to have visitors from around the US as well as from Paris.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Our cottage is right on the water, the sunsets are incredible. We bike everywhere--making a daily bike ride into town for groceries for dinner, a coffee or ice cream. There are a variety of restaurants in Suttons Bay--most of them have outside seating--a delightful way to end a day on the Peninsula.
