I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking to vacation at Watercolor. The people at 360Blue were amazing to work with. Our family consisted of 6 adults and 3 kids. There was plenty of room for everyone. The location to the never crowded frog pool is great. And it's literally only a 5 minute bike ride to the beach, I timed it. It's an easy ride across the lake and the location of this house is perfect. It is quiet and there is no traffic at all. It's also an easy drive/ride to Camp Watercolor or Publix. The bikes and trailer provided were better than anything we have ever rented from the WC bike shop. Our favorite thing about this home was the mud room, which included a shower. This was the perfect spot to clean the kids and dump dirty clothes. The front load washer and dryer are amazing as well. The only complaint I had was that the gas grill could use replacing. The burners were shot and took about an hour to cook steaks. Other than that, the place is amazing. My kids were disappointed that the zebra chairs in the dining room had been replaced. However, the furnishings are first class and the kitchen table will seat 10-12 easy. If you are looking for an amazing house and an amazing price, look no further. We are currently looking to book for this summer and I'm trying to talk the family into this home again. They enjoy staying at different homes each year but we may just stick with this one.

Everyone LOVED the house! There was enough space for 5 adults and 4 children to roam freely, have "indvidual" space, yet great for "family" time! The bikes were awesome as we were able to go back and forth to Watercolor and Seaside with ease. Photos are accurate - we found the house to be exactly what is depicted on the website. We arrived to clean and well-maintained home. The kitchen is fully outfitted for simple to gourmet cooking. I only wished the "basics" were provided like vegetable oil, salt, sugar, coffee filters, etc. - cheap enough to buy, but a bit of a drag to discover that those weren't included as other homes we have rented had fairly stocked pantries. Overall, we would return to Watercolor and to this home!!

This was a great house that is about 100yrds from the frog pool and a 5 minute bike ride to the beach. They had bikes at the home and it was like being 10 years old again. The kids loved riding the bikes to the beach and the upstairs gave them there own place to watch TV/movies at night. We would go back it was more than comfortable and we had 4 adults 5 kids and a mother- in-law which the carriage house was perfect for. -wcollier1, Memphis, TN, for stay in 06/2009

Wonderful home, beautifully furnished, great layout including the mudroom with shower at back door, well stocked kitchen, plenty of bicycles including child cart, convinent to Frog pool, beach and Publix. The layout is good for families with small children or teenagers. The coded door lock was great, no one had to keep up with keys. I would not hesitate to rent this property again. Watercolor is a great location for families and is beautifully maintained. Working with 360Blue was a pleasure. Everyone was polite and helpful.
