Our condo is located only 100 yards from the beautiful beaches of South Walton County. The unit was just remodeled in February of 2012. The remodeling includes ceramic tile floors throughout, new kitchen cabinets with granite counter tops, new appliances and bathroom vanity with granite countertops., A 32 inch flat screen TV, ceiling fan, free Wi-Fi , beach chairs and umbrella are provided. The unit is perfectly situated within walking distance to dining, groceries, video, bike, kayak, and scooter rentals. The beach towns of Seaside and WaterColor are only a mile away. In addition, this family oriented 2nd floor large studio condo overlooks the swimming pool. Come stay with us and enjoy the quiet beaches of Seagrove Beach.
Well trained dogs 25lbs. or under are welcome with a negotiable deposit. Please no cats. Pets are required to be kept in a travel caddy when guests are away from the condo.
Must be at least 22 years old to make reservation.
At least three night stay required from May 1st. to Sept.15th. Three nights required for Memorial Day, 4th. July & Labor Day.
14 days notice required for cancellations or deposit is forfeited.
Forms of payment are: cash - checks - or money order. No credit cards.

This newly renovated unit was immaculate and so comfortable. Conveniently located across the street from the beach access, just a short walk to beautiful white sand and emerald water. Affordable bike rental is a must as shopping, restaurants and entertainment are easily accessible along the paved bike path (once you're there you really don't need a car). The grounds are beautifully kept and the pool offers ample lounge chairs as well as several grills. The unit's kitchen is very well supplied for food prep. We especially enjoyed the balcony for sunny morning coffee and shaded afternoon cocktails. Can't wait until we can book this unit for next year's vacation!!!!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+.

My family and I had a wonderful time in Seagrove. The condo was a quick walk to the beautiful beaches of Seagrove where our children played for hours. It was also very clean and well stocked. We enjoyed our coffee on the deck in the morning and cocktails in the evening. The pool was also very clean and the kids had a great time swimming. We also appreciated how well our four legged friend was welcome. We also were able to rent bikes right next door. We have already recommended this condo to family and will be sure to return in the future. Thank you for such a wonderful place to vacation.Recommended for: Families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway.

Our stay was wonderful! I have never had a better vacation. The condo was newly renovated, clean and well maintained. The owner was always available for questions. We rented bikes for the week just up the street one block and rode bikes everywhere, even to the grocery store, although it may be a bit far for some people. Everything you want to do is in the area nearby. The beach is just across the street and we went everyday. Everything we needed was at the condo, plenty of beach chairs and an umbrella. Very nice, would recommend this place to anyone and everyone we know!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

Our stay at this unit was wonderful! It has an unobstructed view of the pool, at which, there were times, my daughter and I were the only ones there. Loved the peace and quiet. Less than 5 minute walk to the beach. The unit was clean and exactly as portrayed in pictures. The unit receives morning sun, not the HOT afternoon sun, which made drinking morning coffee a great time to plan the day. There were even beach chairs furnished. The owner was friendly and helpful. The property itself is well maintained. I would recommend this unit to anyone visiting Seagrove Beach. Would I rent this unit again? DEFINITELY YES!!! I just wish I didn't wait another year to do so!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We have stayed at many of the beach towns along 30A and Seagrove is our favorite by far. You will find restaurants, shops, grocery stores, bike rentals within minutes of the condo. Seaside is only about one mile away.
