Our condo is located only 100 yards from the beautiful beaches of scenic highway30-A. The beach towns of Seaside and Water color are nearby. The unit is perfectly situated within walking distance of dining, groceries, video, bike, kayak, and scooter rentals. A 32 inch flat screen TV, free Wi-Fi, Beach chairs with umbrella are also provided. In addition, this family oriented 2nd floor, large studio condo overlooks the swimming pool. Come stay with us and enjoy the quiet beaches of Seagrove Beach.
Well trained pet 25lbs. or under are welcome with a negotiable deposit. Pets are required to be kept in a travel caddy when guests are away from the condo.
Must be at least 22 years old to make reservation.
At least two night stay required from May 15th. to Sept.15th
14 days notice required for cancellations or deposit is forfeited.

We have stayed at many of the beach towns along 30A and Seagrove is our favorite by far. You will find restaurants, shops, grocery stores, bike rentals within minutes of the condo. Seaside is only about one mile away.

Our stay at this unit was wonderful! It has an unobstructed view of the pool, at which, there were times, my daughter and I were the only ones there. Loved the peace and quiet. Less than 5 minute walk to the beach. The unit was clean and exactly as portrayed in pictures. The unit receives morning sun, not the HOT afternoon sun, which made drinking morning coffee a great time to plan the day. There were even beach chairs furnished. The owner was friendly and helpful. The property itself is well maintained. I would recommend this unit to anyone visiting Seagrove Beach. Would I rent this unit again? DEFINITELY YES!!! I just wish I didn't wait another year to do so!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, pet owners, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
