This was a wonderful place. I stayed in the two-story building on the first floor. WONDERFUL view, and the swimming pool was very clean and well-maintained. The room was very clean and comfortable. I did not want to leave. In fact, after my first stay with my mother-in-law, I was so impressed, that I returned on July 31 with my husband for another stay. I have found my own special paradise! The hammocks are great for relaxing under the stars while listening to the surf lull you to sleep. Close enough to walk to Seaside, but trust me, you will not want to leave to go anywhere else.......
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

Each year my daughter and grandson and I head for Seagrove, each of the 6 times, we have chosen a different location on the beach. This year was the best yet...the cottage was charming and comfortable, the beach view was spectacular and the weather was perfect. We have always found this area to be family oriented and not "overbuilt", just enough in commercialism but not to much. An escape to old Florida with todays' twist at the Seagrove Villas was very refreshing, we totally slowed down our pace and enjoyed. The only change we would suggest is raising the "small" refrigerator off the floor, (we all slightly bruised up our toes when opening the door) or installing a slightly larger model. The staff was helpful when we inquired about the local happenings such as the concerts in Seaside, they even printed out a sheet of choices for us. Thank you for helping make this year a pleasure.
