Lose yourself in the luxurious linens and professionaly decorated condo in the well groomed sanctuary of Seascape Resort. Our spacious condo comes complete with home theater surround sound system, vaulted ceilings, DVD/video library and private balcony with rockers and swings giving you the best of both worlds. One of Seascape's 5 pools and tennis courts is located just steps outside our condo. Enjoy a family BBQ on one of our grills while enjoying the sweet sounds of your children playing on the lawn nearby.
Seascape Resort has over 2000 feet of pristine white sandy beaches, 300 acres of lush greens and tranquil lakes, on-site golf, 5 swimming pools, one is heated, bike rentals and water sports. One of the swimming pools is located about 30 feet just off our patio. Seascape has eight lighted tennis courts, one of which is adjacent to our condo pool, on site tennis lessons, and a pro shop.
Shopping is second to none and Seascape is located centrally between Destin Commons, Silver Sands Factory Stores and Grand Boulevard. Silver Sands Outlet Mall is less than a half mile east of the resort and provides the largest designer outlet mall in the country.
Seascape golf features an 18-hole championship Joe Lee designed golf course with numerous water features and a sister golf course Emerald Bay. Emerald Bay is an 18-hole course located two miles west of Seascape. Both courses are full service facilities with a restaurant, practice range, rental clubs, professional lessons and a pro shop.
Destin has been voted the best destination in the Southeast, by Southern Living Magazine.(Article posted on Sept. 25, 2007). The beach and ocean is only a 5 minute stroll away and your stay here will create memories for you and your family that will last forever.

I took my 2 daughters and mom for a week-long vacation to this condo. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of this trip! The condo is spacious and well-kept. We loved how close we were to the pool; it was very clean and the grounds at Seascape Resort are gorgeous. The beach is a bit of a walk, but we didn't mind because my girls loved to stop at the lagoon everyday to feed the ducks on our way to the beach. There's a very convenient parking lot close to the beach for guests staying at the resort if you don't want to walk. We enjoyed superb dining at Pompano Joe's and The Back Porch; both are right on the beach with fantastic views of the water. Destin Commons is a lovely place to shop. We would highly recommend staying here; you won't be disappointed. The owners were very helpful in answering all our questions about the resort and the area. Thanks for a great vacation!
