Welcome to the FISH HOUSE on the eastern shore of Virginia (the last frontier on the east coast).
This relaxing apartment overlooks a pond full of turtles and frogs from a back deck. You can enjoy beautiful sunsets from this deck, too. This unit has a great outside shower available. The kitchen is fully stocked and opens to a "great room".
This area has a world-class fishery almost year-round. Striped bass, redfish, speckled trout, flounder, cobia, and black drum are a few of the favorites (guided trips are available).
It is also the home of the great Eastern Shore Barrier Islands, owned mostly by the nature conservancy. These beaches are pristine and accessible mainly by boat. Bird-watching and kayaking are at their finest here (guided trips are available).
Four launching ramps are available a very short distance from the apartment. There are also beautiful beaches accessible by land less than four miles from the house. For the golfers there is Bay Creek Resort (home of Arnold Palmer and Jack Nicklaus) world class signature golf courses.
