Our villa is a beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home located in the prestigious gated lakeside community of Calabay Parc at Tower Lake, within easy reach of Disney World (a genuine 20 minutes) and other theme parks. There are several golf courses, shopping and dining facilities (including the new development at Posner Park) within a few minutes drive.
This new (completed 2007) air-conditioned, luxuriously furnished villa has 2 master bedrooms each with en suite bathroom, king size bed and direct access to the enlarged swimming pool and extended pool deck. The other 2 bedrooms each have 2 twin beds. All bedrooms have cable TVs, with the TVs in the master bedrooms also having DVD players. In addition to the air conditioning all bedrooms and the family room have ceiling fans for additional comfort. Bed linen and towels are provided.
The games room contains a pool table, air hockey table, Wii console and darts for adults and older children. A box of toys and games is provided for our younger guests.
For child safety, a pool fence will be in place when you arrive, and we have installed additional high-level catches on all doors with direct access to the pool deck and the floor of the games room is cushioned to allow young children to play safely.
The nearby Tower Lake has a fishing pier for large mouth bass fishing, and a boat ramp should you wish to bring your own boat.
