Why the Owner Chose Flagstaff
We chose Flagstaff as the location of our home because of the wonderful location & amenities, cool summer temperatures and the chance to enjoy the 4 seasons of the year. You are in an area that has an abundance of shopping, dining, scenic attractions, a University, skiing, golf, hiking etc but you are only about a 2 hour drive north of Phoenix via Interstate 17.

Flagstaff is an easy drive to the Grand Canyon, Sedona, Metor Crater, Arizona Snowbowl, Adventure Tours, Route 66, Walnut Canyon, Painted Desert, Petrified forest and MUCH MORE.

My husband and I have lived in Arizona since 1976. We are from Ohio and moved here with our four daughters to enjoy the wonderful climate and outdoor living that Arizona offers. A dream we had was to have a second home in the mountains of Northern Arizona to enjoy the beautiful cool summer temperatures and the glory of the four seasons. We found our dream home while it was under construction in 1996 and immediately purchased it.The spectacular view of the lake, Mount Elden and the forest was beyond our expectations of what we had dreamed of. There was no question that we had found the perfect 2nd home. Our now grown daughters and 8 grandchildren live in different parts of the country and we are finding that we spend less time at our Flagstaff home than we would like, but felt we would like to make our home available for rent to others who could enjoy the beautiful area and comforts that our home offers.
